  1. Let me know how that works out and overall quality, etc... I'm easily in this chair 10-12 hours a day and really need to upgrade to something that wont ruin me.
Or spend less time in an office chair!! 10-12 hrs a day? Ouch

  2. This is what I have at my workbench in the garage. Surprisingly comfortable. Also reclines damn near flat for afternoon napping!

Definitely not some crazy high end, ergonomic, massaging, 752 adjustment, corner office chair, but I don't think you get those for $150. Besides, this one feels faster!

If I had to pick a negative, I'd say the plastic covers on the sides are a bit chincy, but really not necessary.af1ce1ede8337b312b7733957498423c.jpg

  3. Small back story when I moved into my house most the gutters were clogged, the grading went back towards the house and naturally you could see where water seeped into the basement. I had fixed the gutters, drainage and the grading but what I was after was for the cinder block wall to be cleaned and anything on it nutralized and then drylocked.

I had Ohio basement authority come out becasue I wanted a quote on them to clean and paint my walls with drylock. Which I told them over the phone and they said no problem. When they finally came by the person said they don't paint walls as it will just seep through the paint anyway. They then proposed a full 15k setup for encapsulation plus a huge dehumidifier even though the humidity in the basement was around 39% which he said was very low.

Curious as to wether you had any issues afterward? It sounds like you did what you needed to do to resolve most of the issue.

  4. Basement remediation is big money. Take a look at the outside of the area and see if there are any issues. ie: grade, downspouts, clogged gutters, failed building materials. Sometimes a lot can be done to slow the water.

If it's ground water coming up/in, (crazy amount of rain in the last year), you may have to have a sump pump installed, or install exterior drainage.

You may be able to save money with a general contractor over one of these basement remodeling companies.

  5. So just how do they make a video look like the truck is disassembling itself? All stills?

I want to find a video of making one of these lol

I was wondering the same thing, and guessed the same. I assume they take the frames that don't show any hands/tools and cut them together.

Seems like you would have to have a pretty clear picture of what you wanted in a finished product.

  6. It's sad losing so many in 1 family, it's like the family in nj that lost 4 maybe 5.

I look at it as a bad gene, much like cancer. If you are genetically predisposed to get cancer, or heart disease, arthritis, etc. you will contract it.

I had the same thought, and I believe there's something to it..... But, remember that at least to of them didn't share the same genes. The mother and father hopefully weren't blood related to each other, and the husband who is now on a ventilator isn't a blood relative.

  7. Stimulus bill is a bummer, lol. Don't they know that this is 'Merica, higher income means higher bills!

I do think that the unemployment increase makes more sense than the checks.

  8. There is a lot of info out there that has been ignored for decades. Disbelief and misinformation now are likely because something like this happening was alway put on the back burner, so now here we are going through it. I've spent the last year studying mankind, human nature, and some of the disasters we have been through. What we are going through right now was written about three years ago, and the play by play in the predicted synario is pretty much on track to what we are living today. I'll link the book below. If you find you have more free time now, this book is worth getting. Information is how we beat this virus. I don't think most people are understanding just how devastating this can be. They hear about it, but they haven't seen people suffering that have it, and the death toll isn't high enough for them to fear it. By the time enough people die from this to fear it, it's too late. There is a prediction of 1.3 billion people getting this and 330 million dying from it. There are 7.4 billion people on the planet. For comparison, 1.3 people live in china, and 331 million in the United States. We can only imagine the changes in the world if those numbers are even close.

Reading this book will shine a lot of light on things. Hope this helps.
