  1. I know thy 3.7 will sludge if you don't jeep up on the oil changes but many engines do as well. They just don't make good power and it's not a desired motor for strength. It's like the in between motor. I would only buy a 4.0 but haven't seen many bad things about the 3.8 or new 3.6 they are putting in the wranglers now

The 3.8 is extremely under powered when they drop it in a 4,100lb SUV. The 3.6 is a huge improvement

  2. you cant really name any manufacture that hasn't had issues with different vehicles or tech over the years. hey, at least the fords make it from production to the show room. i have had a issue with a 2014 v6 stang. the stability control acts up at times. seems it thinks wheels are spinning when they are not. did it twice on the same stretch of road.

Funny you mention that. I had the same issue on my 2012 V6. Happened two times about a month apart.

  3. Between weed, alcohol, and tobacco, IMO weed is the least harmful. The only reason it's still illegal is because it's a gateway drug. Not for drug users, mind you, but for the DEA. It's their gateway to continuous funding on the war on drugs.

"Oh we haven't rounded up enough coke/meth/H dealers? Just go bust Harry the Harmless Hippie, he's got a few hundred thousand worth of plants on his farm."

The government makes millions per month in Colorado from Marijuana taxes. Legalizing it doesn't cut them of money like you make it seem.

  4. The relative danger to those around me is greater when I fart in public than driving 72 in a 65. Give me a break. It's a scam to collect revenue that's all that kind of ticket is. Bust a yahoo on a bike going 80 and weaving through traffic...different story.

Thankfully getting busted for 72/65 seems to be a rarity. I go 72-74 all day long every day so any cops on here can feel free to look for me on 270. I'll be the guy getting past by 75% of those around me.

I agree it seems like a BS ticket, which is why I never write them, but at the end of the day it's still breaking the law.

To the OP. It's your word vs his in all reality. As somebody said before, all the trooper has to really say is that you were the only vehicle matching that description.

The pilots are "supposed" to keep their eye on the targeted vehicle until it gets stopped by ground units to prevent any mix up like you're saying. Do they actually do that? Probably not... But be prepared that they could say that.

  5. Another complaint about the battery. I don't personally own one but spent 2 weeks with a buddy who has one.

Battery life is kind of low. I know a GoPro isn't the best either, but with the GoPro you can simply swap out the batteries and you're good to go. His Replay had an internal battery that couldn't be swapped.

Fix that and I'd probably own a few.
