  1. Also hit up the post office and ask for a change of address form. For a long time they came with a one time 10% off Lowes coupon. Not sure if they still do.
  2. The fluid was changed at 115k or so when we replaced the drivers side half axle shaft due to a torn CV boot. Nissan doesn't specify a replacement interval but the dealer can check it with their scan tool. I was planning to change it at around 125k no matter what their scan said. The CV just decided when for me.
  3. Price Drop to $8700 before I post it on Craigslist and deal with the loons.
  4. It would be interesting to see the itemized repair bill for that maneuver.

  6. Thanks for the review. If we end up going used with our next car I'll definitely give Jordan a call.

    Aldi

We shop at Aldi occasionally. Most things we've bought have been fine. Sometimes the produce at our local on is less than stellar but that mostly has to do with management. I'm also picky because I used to work in produce. Only thing we really avoid are their vanilla wafers. They are horrible.
  8. Looks great. I usually don't like white but it brings out the body lines well on this.
  9. She's gonna keep a wheel shop in business.

    New House

I love that area of Indiana. We've camped down there quite a few times. Lots of nice scenic drives.
  11. It will be interesting to see how well it works in real life with background noise. Androids voice commands work pretty well most of the time. If there is any appreciable amount of noise though I have a hard time getting the complete command to be understood. Usually gets 4 out of 5 words, but still falls on its face.
  12. I use an old version of uTorrrent still. Too much extra junk in the new versions.
  13. It's cool watching this come together.

    Docs hangout?

I wish I could come up tonignt. I'm stuck with on call and I can't be that far away.
  15. Even if they rebuild something usually gets lost in the translation. The new location never seems to be as good as the old one. (and the prices usually go up)
  16. I looked into them. I got scared off by parts availability and the need for constant cleaning needed with our hard water.
  17. I'm running these in my truck and in the Subaru. http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00JXDBKPE/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Much better than stock bulbs in both. Shipping takes a little while though.
  18. It's not really losing power. It shuts off the cylinders when it can produce the requested HP without all 8 firing. People who have disabled it usually only lose about 2 MPG anyhow.
  19. The 5.3 is reworked for 2014. The mileage bump is a combination of direct injection and cylinder deactivation.
  20. And to think all these years I burned vacation days to go to the Statehouse for hearings on bills I supported. I could have just wrote my boss a note asking to give me a pass for not doing my work since I was doing something "for the greater good".
  21. Someone installs one in a Miata in 3..2...1...
