  1. Find anything good?

So far, Target has a 3 month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $20. Gamestop will have the same deal tomorrow: https://www.target.com/p/xbox-game-pass-ultimate-3-month-xbox-one-digital/-/A-76626995

I'm looking for new All-Seasons for the Charger, too. If anyone comes across a great deal. Mainly looking at either the BFGoodrich G-FORCE COMP-2 A/S PLUS - SIZE: 255/45ZR20 or Goodyear EAGLE EXHILARATE - SIZE: 245/45ZR20. The COMP-2 A/S Plus seems to get high marks, especially for the price, but a great deal on the new Eagles would be nice, too.

I'm also looking at possibly a new socket set. Something like the DeWalt 192 piece, nothing fancy.

What deals have you guys seen so far?

  2. Pioneer Kuro 50" PDP-5010FD.

In excellent condition. Has a pro calibration on HDMI inputs 4 & 5. Does make the slight Kuro buzzing noise after extended use, but the picture quality is still FANTASTIC. From a smoke-free, pet-free home. Works GREAT! Comes with remote and power cord. Only reason I'm selling is to make room for an LG CX.

If you want one of the best 1080P picture quality TV's on the cheap that is already calibrated, this is it. Just a cheap calibration starts at my asking price. In Sunbury. CR price $200.

  3. Which Yamaha, what price point?

Do you really 'need' HDMI 2.1, are you a gamer?

The Denon's (3600 or newer, 4500 or newer) have tested really well lately on https://www.audiosciencereview.com/forum/index.php

I'm planning a 5.x.x (probably 5.2.4) setup now and will probably go with the 4500 since I have want for 2 additional stereo zones. Maybe the 3600/3700 since I'm probably OK with doing just 1 zone in both other spaces.

I had the Yamaha RX-V6A pre-ordered. I just wrote a little book in chat if you want to see more info. I want to future proof for 4k120, even if the initial games on the new consoles will be 4k60. I don't see the point in spending hundreds of dollars on the audio side of it when I can wait for products that'll work next year.

  4. Honestly didn't think of swapping out the living room screen to the basement, and get a better one for there. I use that screen for movie watching...would be nice to have a better picture and possibly sound. We have Samsung smartscreens that are now 5-7 years old. Have been great performers.

    :fuckyeah:

  5. Snagged a pre-order for the Xbox Series X on Amazon earlier. 65" LG CX tv and Yamaha RX-V6A receiver are what I plan to get for it, my old Pioneer Kuro and Yamaha receiver without HDMI need replaced. I'll probably pick up a PS5 in a year or two.
