You should have gotten a private message about it. It's an automated thing when emails get bounced. It disables all site emails, changes your title, and sends a PM asking to check your email address and update it if it is incorrect. If it is correct, let me know and I'll take a look. When you change your email, that tag will go away. Or I can do it manually if something else is up with the emails being bounced.
