  1. :dumb: Vert doesn't even weigh 4000lbs.
  2. I like how the cars will come with Pilot Sport 4s tires, I put a set on my 2015 and love them.

  4. It's not that the test is expensive, it the ROI, you test all these folks and find a really low "positive" hit rate. So you spend all this money to test and only catch a small percentage. If you are applying, you will evade the test, or be clean for a period of time and then once getting the benefit return to drug use.
  5. I will also say we paid 1200 for ours, we bought direct from Quietcool almost 5 years ago. Looks like they no longer sell direct and ours is priced $400 higher than what we paid.
  6. Yes, you don't want it to vent outside, you want it to vent into the attic, your Attic is most likely 110-130 degrees on a hot day, that radiates down into your house, so when you are sucking cool air into your house it's venting only 70-80 degree air into the attic effectivly cooling the attic as well as the attic should have some vents to push the hot air out. So it's cooling the house and attic at the same time. Trust me they are fucking awesome in the fall. In the summer if it falls below 70 at night, I will open some windows and suck some air in, just to cool the attic.

  8. Weighs 100+ lbs more than my pig of a Mustang. I've driven one and wasn't a fan. They are nice inside, for comparison the 2017 Chrysler 200S AWD V6 8spd is under 3800lbs, the Regal says 3959 lbs. I think the 200s is cheaper too, but not as nice on the inside. Guess it depends on what you are looking for.
  9. We bought the biggest one and and just have low and Hi. 3500 sqft and it cools the house off quick when it's below 65 at night. It's nice to throw it on low in the fall when it's 75 and dry just to have a breeze coming in from a few windows.
  10. Had the electrician install it, but I could have done it myself, we had the switch and wiring in the wall and Attic already installed when we built the house, we paid the same electrician that wired the house $250 to install and connect after we closed and moved in. Couldn't have it in the house before we closed they claimed it would have failed our Energy Star Rating. Whatever, it's awesome. I have a magnetic cover that goes over the vent in the Winter so hot air doesn't escape.
  11. So many people in here have spelled "Viper" wrong, I have never seen it spelled with more than 5 letters. I'm looking at you Kerry.... Back on topic.
  12. No the fan is hung well up above the insulation, 4 years so far and was just up there with AT&T in January and all insulation is the same place.
  13. For airflow, we installed an All House Fan, 2nd house with one, and will never own a house without one. https://quietcoolsystems.com/whole-house-fan/
  14. I think the car is gorgeous no way I'd paint that. So sexy. They sell the hood vents for my car for $360! :dumb:
  15. 5 years and our threshold is just fine. No storm door. The only reason I'd put one in is so you could open the door and have it closed to let light and air through without letting bugs in. Sounds like an up sell job to me.
  16. I didn't see this but a friend in Oklahoma did:
  17. Chris is absolutely right, hope he wins.
  18. Have a feeling you will have a bidding war on your hands.
  19. Other than the largest employer in the US is our complicated tax code, and over night that would put millions of Americans out of work, sure seems like a peachy idea.
