I really don't think it is suicide, think about how hard it would be to know you are about to be killed and stay on the tracks. It's not like he got drunk and passed out on them, he was walking home from school. I have used some noise canceling headphones and I couldn't hear shit but the music, and if it's loud I can see not hearing the train. It's not like the train snuck up on him slowly, it had to be moving pretty good still. He might have noticed at the last second also, we will never know. I really feel fight or flight instinct would be really hard to fight walking on the tracks sober.

Our cards have a name associated to them, we swipe it in the system and fill in a name for the card. I hate to say it but if someone knows they lost it all they have to do is go to the store and have them look it up on the system and see it hasn't been used yet. Then the store voids the card and issues a new card to the customer. That is what we do. You trying to pay with a card that could be deactivated might look bad.

Also let's go back to the "temper tantrum", I asked to have a rule to have the Banners left out of other members sigs, because it gives unfair exposure to a few sponsors. I was told no and I thought about it and said remove me. Why, because I thought it was unfair. I didn't want to be the coordinator and have my hands tied in that regard.
