if text driving is just as dangerous as drunk driving then they should carry similar penalties.

IMO texting is MUCH dangerous than eating a burger or changing the station. yes, they are all distractions, but when you are texting and driving, you arent looking at the road. you are pretty much driving blind. studies show that txting drivers are more impaired than drunk drivers.

lol to be clear, im not in total disagreement here. i agree that guns kill people like forks make people fat. but to say that a gun is not a weapon is just... its like saying a couch isnt a piece of furniture. a weapon is a tool used to cause harm. the fundamental purpose of a gun is to cause harm. yes, a gun is a tool, but its also specifically a weapon.
