  1. Have been, but just for 12 hrs. Was offered weed 3 times and was headed to a topless beach until it thunderstormed nonstop. I remember shit being cheap. 3 beers for a $1 cheap.
  2. FYI, he wasn't banned for any of his own ads. He was banned for shitting in half a dozen other Corral threads. Carry on.
  3. THAT IS NOT A SEMI-COLON!!!!!!1!!!11!1
  4. He's in North Carolina, just called him. Here's what he has (all this is in a nice attached garage). 1 - .040 over 350 w/ stock rods and crank. Block fresh bored, bearings, plugs. $350 for block, $375 for all 2 - .060 over 350 w/ Keith Black dome pistons. Also fresh bore, bearings, plugs. $350 for block, $425 with KB pistons. 3 - 400 rods, pistons, crank, heads, NO BLOCK. Block is there, but it is hurt. Make offer on this one if interested. Motors have been oiled down in bags since machine work. EDIT: He is in NC, engines are near Zanesville.
  5. Only long block he might have is a 400. He would probably do one of the 350 blocks and a 400 crank to get a nice 383ci or 385ci.
  6. Sam, my dad and I have several. Two are already checked, cleaned, bored, have freeze plugs and cam bearings installed. One is .030 over, one is .040 over. Also have a set of higher compression (I think 12.5 to 1) pistons for the .040 over. If any of that might be what you're looking for, let me know. EDIT- both are 4 bolt mains.
  7. That's so old school, Scott.
  8. Yep, probably the most useful reply in the thread, since it's true.
  9. You have 1 or 2 tanks, a dist box, and a leach field. Everything close to your house might be a single tank with 2 inspection holes, and a main clean-out hole in the middle. Or, 2 separate tanks? The concrete lid farthest from your house is the distribution box.
  10. Yep, heading out there in a few. BTW, didn't notice the 2 side exits on your pic. I do not have them, just 3 total, 1 in, 2 out.
  11. Nope, they can save that much by hiring shitty front desk clerks...
  12. My only question at this point is should I switch fields now, or wait until after I have the tank pumped? Meaning, should I just let the truck pump out as much as possible, including some backdrain from the field, or should I open up the 2nd field now, let a buttload of water enter the 2nd field, thereby maybe saving me some cash because they might pump out less? No idea whether to wait, and nobody is answering their business phones this morning.
  13. Great thread. I have wondered the same thing.
  14. Holy huge pic... The two out-going pipes are on the same horizontal plain. Sorry again, I should have said my dist. box drawing was the view from above. Moving the 90 would cause the opposite side to get the water, and the current side to stop getting water. My dist. box looks exactly like the pic you posted.
  15. Giant Eagle - because they built one 1 minute from my work, have great lunch sandwiches, slaw and pickle for $4-$5. Their normal groceries aren't cheaper than other places, but once I get 8-10% off by buying gas, it makes them a better deal. In return, I usually see a $.40 per gallon fillup about once a month. Discover - usually get $50-$75 cash back each month.
  16. Yes, the ones that have a rude asshole answering the phones. They're not the Ritz Carlton man.
  17. Sorry, should have said... the picture I posted is of the septic tank, the 2nd of two inspection holes (pictured is the one farther from house). My dist. box is another 30' towards the back of the property. Since I love Paint pics... http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=529&pictureid=4846
  18. Back to switching fields... I went out back to the distribution box (or whatever you call them). The pipe from the septic tank is covered and has about 2" of water covering it. The two pipes heading out of the box... one is also under about 2" of water and the other has a 90 bend PVC pipe aimed up, keeping water from entering it. Is "switching" it removing the 90 from one pipe and putting it on the other? Thanks again guys.
  19. So, I'm assuming 500 at the crank and no spray, correct? You can buy a used one for that. Building one from scratch along with machine work and new parts will be tough on your budget.
  20. Gotchya. Just went out and removed both covers and lids. Here is what I can see: http://www.columbusracing.com/forums/picture.php?albumid=529&pictureid=4845
  21. Yep, the saturated ground and rain last night were also running through my head. Kevin, who did your's? Had no idea I could do that. I am thinking methane was one of the gases the fire dept tested for, but I won't swear by it.
  22. Pipe extends about 18" out of roof, near peak. It's just a straight shot upwards, with nothing blocking elements out (which I thought was odd, but plumber assured me it was correct). House is relatively new (2000). It is extremely flat land in all directions around me. Everyone comments how the wind is ALWAYS stronger here than in other places. Link or more info information about the extension?
  23. I dug it. And, I hate rap. Maybe it was the c-thru angel chick.
  24. Sink is good. We've had nasty sink smells, nasty trash, forgot to run dishwasher, left shitty diaper out from 2am-8am, etc. I was (am) so alarmed because this was way over the top on the smell-o-meter.
  25. There is indeed someone not acting like an adult.
