I know this is a long shot. I have a 4L80E + transfer case out of a '94 fullsize Chevy 2500 4x4 truck. What I need is a 4L80E out of a '97. We're willing to trade the 94 trans + transfer for just a 97 trans. Looking for a good, working unit only nothing that needs rebuilt. Would also be up for buying a '97 unit. 97 Chevy 2500 WT, 4x4 5.7 / 4L80E, 150,000 miles. Finally got a truck to do my driveway tonight. Truck stopped moving after about 15 minutes of plowing. Smelled trans fluid. After a trip to the store for fluid, I watched it gush out from around the trans inspection cover in about 5 seconds. One qt. added lets the truck move about 5' before it's on the ground in a puddle. Front pump or front seal?
