Since I bought a built 383-powered Formula with a 9" Currie rear, alum. driveshaft, 4-corner upgraded suspension, Griffin radiator, etc for more than a stock Formula would have sold for. $500 more. Since I bought a lifted 2500 Crew Cab with tons of billet, custom paint, $3000 wheels, exhaust, cowl hood, etc for more than a stock truck. $1000 more. I am more than happy to pay someone extra for their mods. $20,000 worth of mods for $7500 to $10,000 is a deal every day of the week.

They have the 06 Ram 4x4 Quad w/ Hemi at 13 and 17, with combined at 14. Not even close. I am pulling 21 highway, 18 mixed. I don't think they know mine runs on 4 cylinders half the time.

It's not just the $150 extra in gas. It's also the $x extra to cover the rising cost of EVERYthing else caused by the increase in gas.

I dont have time to read the whole thread, so maybe someone else pointed this out, but a large portion of that $7-$8 per gallon goes to public programs like healthcare and infrastructure.

It's your business. Run it how you see fit. We hired guys based on how they 1.Asked if we were hiring, 2.Bothered to dress at least cleanly, 3.were able to carry on a conversation, 4.were able to pass a money test (part of the job was making change, and we had to fire many idiots because they could not count back simple change).
