yes chrome will take away some of your detail. not all but some. acid dip, nickel, nickel, copper, clear. The copper is only done in custom chrome. Shops in this area don't really use copper anymore. They had to be grandfathered in. I have a friend in Cincinnati who owns a chroming shop that is this way. Hes done work for a lot of guys in the area.

Matt at the wilson rd ziebart has done 10 plus cars for me. 100 a piece. Awesome jobs. Never and I mean never had a problem. I will be taking a car to him thats coming to my shop. ditto I never had a problem with someone asking for our address. Didnt make them lazy, it seemed to me they wanted to know where to go. Like stated earlier maybe they dont have the internet. There are so many reasons that someone may be calling to look for an address. Who cares. Give it to them. If they call and ask if your hiring I think thats a little different.
