    Good Job man. I just use 800, 1000, then Heavy Cut Compound. Works like a charm. Cost about 2 bucks a set.

    Do you have an ignition system on the car Brian? MSD or the like? IIRC I had a MSD 8970? on my car. Dont tell Bill Willoughby that though. Thats what you need.

    There is always the chance that you can crack the paint. And not knowing how many times your car was painted before we painted it... I'd advise against this.

    Very true, I saw that cheap camera statement and thought... Ive seen some damn nice photos with damn cheap cameras. D40 bodies are in the 200-300 range right now. If your looking into buying digital, I sell you some of my older Canon gear. I can put a kit together for you pretty damn cheap.

    Its a long hard debate sometime. I am a Canon user all they way. In the prosumer lines I would say Nikon's technology is a little ahead of Canon right now. But depending on what you want to do with it, I would look at your lens selection. And availability of lenses is held by Canon.

    Ben has a BP, the point of this is the be able to, stop, open, click, shut, and go. If you see something while on the road, you have to, stop, take off BP, open, click, shut, put back on, go. Depending on what it is your shooting, it could be gone by then.
