  1. My alpinestars gloves are pretty well built. Check them out on IronPonys website. Heavily padded with carbon fibre armor. I love them and cant believe I ever rode without them.
  2. I dont have any, can I borrow yours? And why would any other bike want to race a Yamaha FZ1? Its a slow ass sport tourer, but is more than capable of beating even a decently quick car. Jon - I think it was last summer. I was riding home from work on 270 towards 71 from Dublin and you were in the fast lane. You got on it when at the left lane ends 1/2 mile sign and i opened it up in 6th and paced you. Not really a race, but enough to let me know that the tune up I just did worked. Thanks for that, BTW. The bike is blue/grey and I was wearing a Yamaha factory racing jacket and had a backpack on full of tools and my left over lunch
  3. I wear a Heins-Gericke Yamaha Factory Racing leater jacket and have Alpine Stars GP Plus gloves, Bieffe helmet right now. I love all my gear. it all fits/wears well. Under all of it is normal clothes in the summer, with the exception of Underarmour when chilly.
  4. There are plenty of fast cars out there, and lord knows most bike owners dont care at all about this. I just think its one of the fastest ways to stir the shit pot and give the mods something to do on here. On our way to Huston, TX for the Supra Texas 2k4 meet Mark (Eggman II, not sure if he is still reading this) and myself were in his supra and beat some sportbike from a 70 roll by train lengths. His car isnt really that fast, in comparison. Cover the bikes all you want, we dont care.
  5. Mine started up after sitting in a garage with half tank of Shell 87. Planning to run it out and then clean carbs when jetting. It has a slight hesitation for about 3 minutes probably due to a little buildup. All in all, I think it takes a LONG time for gas to go bad. I deal with vehicles that sit all winter with gas in them and have no problems whatsoever.
  6. Only to the car owners who talk smack and get beat by team 600. Oh, and what area are we in, the Kitchen? STFU.
  7. I have an electron blue vehicle with a chrome exhaust can if you would like to race that. BTW - Stock STi's stop pulling at 100mph or so also, I have proof. I already ran the camaro to 100ish and i didnt leave 6th gear and you didnt pull at all, so why bother
  8. Bah, who gives a shit about all that noise. What I want to know is how did the "unbeatable" beater DSM loose to a stockish STi?! Wasnt there a video made of this? Was it not said that said video would be posted? When will the DSM be running again? And will it want to race the STi again? Thanks for caring.

    Later Bitches

Hey Ben - eat a dick! Oh and ya better beat Brad and qualify for a trip to SC while you are at it! Good luck. Oh and I hate you.
  10. I am definately good at figuring out RX7 wiring issues.... If ya need me I can help.
  11. Tuned the RX-7 on the dyno :eek2: Drove the RX-7 at home and tore the front diff mount at a 4k launch and 5psi boost. New wastegate spring arrives tomorrow, tuner scheduled to come back in spring, C16 in garage. I have other vehicles??
  12. i have a stock XBox and controller that I am looking to sell. I have a few games that would be going with it. I dont remember them all, but can find out if anyone is interested. Make an offer...
  13. i will play! I can borrow an AWD GS300 or new IS250 from work
  14. Jeesh, leave it to the PROS! I do oil/filter change with tire rotation and air pressure adjustment in 12 minutes at work.
  15. This is the perfect car for someone looking for a very fast and very capable RX7. It has been built with quality parts and an attention to detail like none other. All it needs is dyno tuning and its ready to go. Also, the price is Or Best Offer.....
  16. Hello everyone, I dont post on here that often, but some folks may remember me building my 1987 T2 up over the course of the last 2 years. I finally finished the project and am finally able to start tuning it. I moved out of home, and was thinking that I still would be able to keep the car as a weekend toy, but it looks like its time for my T2 to find a new home. Here is the scoop on the car. 1987 T2 Black/Grey wingless 16" Milli Miglia 1000 wheels Stock Port JSpec engine with oil injection, AC, and all emission systems removed 5 Speed Manual with Bonez S/S clutch Chassis has approximately 135k on it and the engine about 50k per last owner The car has had some serious modifications performed to it as well: T04E .7/1.15 AR Ptrim turbo Rice Racing built tuned leangth tubular header with external 52mm HKS Racegate with 10lb spring installed 3" to 3.5" custom built exhaust with Borla Stainless Steel muffler and expansion chamber built into downpipe to help change the radial airflow out of the turbine to axial flow for more power/quicker spoolup GReddy 3 row FMIC BDC ported throttle body 550/1680 injector setup sequential Haltech E6K ecu with maps tuned for decent out of boost drivability Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump and sumped stock fuel tank -10AN feed setup in parallel system and -6AN return fuel lines Jacobs Electronics spark plug wires Battery installed in passenger side storage compartment with 0 gauge wire to distribution block in engine compartment Koyo Aluminum radiator. Interior wise it is pretty much stock. I installed a S5 steering wheel and S5 grey leather seats. Full array of gauges: GReddy electronic EGT, Autometer boost, autometer water temp, Innovate Motorsports wide band o2 sensor installed. Carpets, door panel, head liner all in good shape. The power windows work, the moon roof sometimes works. I have not had a chance to get the car onto a dyno and tune it yet but similar setups seem to lay down 420RWHP and higher. The boost comes on FAST!! In any gear, 5 - 10 psi is almost instant with a mild throttle roll on. I really wish that I did not have to sell the car, but I know that there are MANY people out there who have more of an ability to enjoy the car than I do at this point in time. I am asking $8500 obo for the car plus any spare parts that I have laying around and you may want. Best way to reach me is through email which is forcefedwindsor@yahoo.com and if needbe I will give you my cellular number. I hope that there is someone out there who will enjoy this car as much as I have so far!! 17. Kenny ate it in the Hocking Hills area. There arent really any turns up here that I would admit to loosing it on like he did...
  18. techs dont talk to customers on the phone, that would be the service writer, and he/she would probably advise towing.
  19. I am needing to replace two of my wheels, thanks to all the potholes and the undersized snowtires I am running on, and saw that they have the 1998 Cobra wheels for 120.00 each. My question is are they a reliable shop? Is there any place to find these wheels cheaper? I guess used would be okay, as long as they arent TOO used... Thanks a lot!
  20. nice videos!! All 3 are definately nice cars. Those who said thats not a large turbo for supras is correct, and it doesnt take that large of a turbo to make 600hp. I dont think I could count how many 550-650hp supras were at the Texas 2004 meet when I went. There were more of those then BPU cars, if you can believe that!
