  3. Mark (Dremel) has the KDWs on his Supra. Thats what he went 12.60s on. I am looking at them also. very nice tire, though a bit noisy.
  4. damn, another piece of fruit running around the city streets
  5. Ricky, what was the price on the Tap? I can just have our guy order me one. Dave, I live in marysville. its a pretty fur piece from the Burg.
  6. Largest most places offer is a 12mm. I have 3 of those, that doesnt help me out any. Handle Schandle.......i spent more on my tool than a lot of people spend on cars, but as the saying goes, "Just can't get enough." smile.gif
  7. I'm not in a terrible hurry, Ricky. I just need to enlarge the hole in the GReddy throttle body elbow so that the new inlet air temp sensor will fit. If you want, just pick one up and i can pay you for it. Thanks man! smile.gif
  8. Actually, more specifically, a metric set. I know that i need one that is 14mm x 1.50 an the other is in NPT threa which i have the tap for. If anyone has a 14mm x 150 tap, please let me know. Thanks
  9. Does any one have a BBC and a 4 speed manual lying around that they would want to get rid of? I have decided to not rebuild the small block in my blazer afterall. I think i am going to need to fab some mounts, so there will be some questions once i find a donor block and gerbox. I really dont care about the body work either. I am just going to build a mild BBC, swap it in, hillbilly patch the holes, and try to sell the thing. Oh, anybody know where some 38x12.50 tires are? 11. personally, i would rather see a set of 8 alcohol injection stacks!
  12. 450hp is a Novi2000 with Bullit intake, typical bolt ons, and Diablosport chip.
  13. what injectors do you have now Kyle?
  14. Mark, i can get all the aluminum i need for a small fee. I gaurntee its cheaper than anything RL can find, too! smile.gif Let me know what dimensions you need.....
  15. i believe those bushings need to be pressed in/out.

Yea, that is my friend Jesse's car. Its really sweet. I cant wait till he turns up the boost.
  17. mark, thats some awesome looking stuff! Its fairly pricey though, right up a MkIV owners alley whens the "mean bean" coming out of its players strike?
  18. Mark, something like that. Lets just say its for future use. I can use it with the T04E, and with my next turbo. Since they are both in the T04 family, i can just reuse the manifold that i am having made. [ 28 September 2002, 10:59 AM: Message edited by: More Tools Than Columbus Racing ]
  19. Doug, Most people just stick with a 40mm, as its a common, readily accesible gate. HKS makes a nice gate, as does Tial. I am currently looking at a 46mm Tial with a .6bar spring for my car. Very high quality. The 40mm will be good for you, so long as the exhaust side of the turbo is going to be designed around the operating range of the engine. Meaning: do not use the wastegate to make the turbo more volumetrically efficient. smile.gif I think i have this right, anyways..... smile.gif

    Too much fuel

The voltage jump from the cap to the rotor can cause carbo tracking and general deterioation of both contact points, its always a good idea to replace both the cap and rotor together. As for running rich, i would do a general tuneup, as well as chek O2 sensor output voltage. it should fluctuate from about .2mv to approx .9mv Just make sure it doesnt spend more time on either side of .5 than the other side, as this indicates a problem. Also, might give fuel pressure a check. hope this helps!
  21. I have the Aeromotive FPR, and not to seem stupid, but I assume that if its got the nipple for a vac. line, its a RRFPR? I dont know if this is true or not, but i purchased the regulator for the EFI system, and i am hoping its a 1:1, for a little margin of safety......
  22. I just got the servicce manuals in for the mustang, and i have done automatics before (built my C4), but i dont have access to an arbor press and some other helpful things. If i had those, i would rebuild automatics all day long.
