GF wants to sell her Civic. It's a 2000 4 door Civic LX with ~192k miles on it. Auto trans, CD player, power windows, power locks with keyless entry. 1.6L SOHC engine. All stock, never modded. Drove the car Saturday, it drives fine and did not throw a CEL. +New distributor and coil +new wires +almost new plugs +new fuel filter +new exhaust manifold +new O2 sensor +timing belt and water pump done within the last few thousand miles +New radiator within the last few thousand miles -A/C doesn't work. The system is all there, but it leaks. No body rust, a few scuffs and dents, nothing major. Interior is in pretty good shape, with a few stains. Looks good overall tho. Asking $3000 OBO. Price based on quick quick CL search. Quick search: yeah, Navigon is $60 and TomTom is $50. But that's a one-time fee, it follows your Apple ID, not your iPhone. And it's less than half the budget I the OP. I've used both apps, prefer Navigon over TomTom. Also Navigon's text to speech is much better than in Google Navigation.

Bet the Navigon on my iPhone works flawlessly. All maps are stored locally on the phone, absolutely zero data transmission required to use. It does text to speech, so I don't even have to have the app up, just running in the background. Makes it easier to thumbs up/down pandora while I drive. And of someone were to break into my car they won't be off with my gps, because it's in my pocket!

Just use your phone. I have the Navigon app, it works great.

The Skullcandy 50/50 is a great match for an iPhone. I'm rocking Etymōtoc Research HF3's at the moment, mostly for the sound blocking. And since Monster makes Beats, and Monster is a shady company, they can all EAD.

I'm running CM9 on my touchpad. That's Android 4.0.4 (ice cream sandwich). The camera and Mic don't work, and the audio distorts if the screen goes to sleep. Still, unless I need to Skype I never boot into WebOS.

Tried that. It keeps giving me a google sync error.

Just switched the GF to an AT&T iPhone 4s from a VZW Droid Incredible. This POS is holding her contacts hostage. It won't sync with Google, and it somehow managed to disassociate her Gmail contacts from her Google ID. Adding her Gmail to the iPhone should have imported her Google contacts. iTunes can't import from her Google ID either. I tried to use HTC Sync to sync her Incredible contacts with her local contacts on Windows. Nope, HTC Sync errored out! :dumb: Is there a backup app that exists in both the Google Market and Apple App store? The DInc is running rooted stock Gingerbread.

Hmm, the contacts were not worn, just had build up of some sort on them. Cleaned that off and checked the rotor. Passed the test drive, and seems legit nao. :-)
