you should pick up some tempature stickers, there a 3 pack for like $16 that way you know what kinda temp your running, i have them on my cylinder head and radiator.

you can also make a crack line with a razor blade to limit how far the paint does crack if it does. just take a razor blade and make a cut mark on the lip of the fender just inside of the curve.

if i remember right stanely is made by MAC. i'm 90% sure it was the MAC tool man that told me that.

why don't you just get a rod and piston and just replace that? its cheeper if the only damage is the bent rod.

i hope you guys with 4 strokes know that running race gas over 93 or 94 pump gas only nets you less that 1/4 horse power. VP makes a race gas called VP Pro thats $29/gal and it only nets an extra 1/2 horse. even with higher compression all you need to do is a 50/50 mix of pump gas and race gas.

wait and see what happens when he gets one on there from a dealer. NAPA ones are junk, i went threw the same problem on one with a NAPA unit.

i hope non of that oil is going in the crank case on your KX. thats a quick way to messing it up.

uh...your T/A has 8 of them like her car does, but they are just a coil not really a coil pack. and they don't need replaced unless there is something wrong with them like a misfire.

cars in the 60's and 70's had steel line with a 1 1/2 rubber connection at each end.

can't the boost bypass limit valve just be wired closed to get full boost haha

i had to replace 16 valves when a timing chain pulled apart on one from someone over reving it at NTR but that was on a 2.2L EcoTec. and we've put two engines in those stupid little cars from people hitting dead deer and tires in the road busting radiator open and over heating them hahaha.

don't rest your foot on the clutch pedel or the check engine light will come on unless you have the PCM reprogramed. there ok, i haven't had to do any real work on them yet just some stupid warranty stuff.

2mm is not very much, it may take some time but why not get a brake hone and a drill and do it your self? there not hard to use and next to imposible to mess up.
