maybe the balance shaft broke, i don't remember what years they had them but some of the 4.3ls had a balance shaft and they had some problems with them.

replace the distributer cap and wires.

i've had a dealer sell the car at a higher price and then write me a check for the amount over the real price so i had some cash to pay off a few things. you could ask if they will do that.

you can see if the injecors are working by feeling them click or using a screw driver to you ear and lissen to them. also check with a noid light or a test light. i don't know much stangs but are the wire harnesses the same between manual and automatic?

where did you hear that at? i'd prolly go but then i would want to ride and since i broke my leg racin in october my parants flip out on me everytime i say i want to go ride haha.

recalls are the only warranty type work an independent shop can do. GM is the same way if the cust. has there car fixed and its a recall and they didn't know it they can call GM and get there money back.

This condition usually occurs when the vehicle is raised on a hoist that does not support the wheels. In these instances, it would be prudent to first drive the vehicle and exercise the shocks prior to hoisting the vehicle. It should be noted that this "weepage" is a normal characteristic and does not adversely affect shock performance and shock replacement is not necessary.

both, Grove City tried to shut us down but we had all the lead cleaned up and we pased the lead test so we can't use ammo with lead in it at all. it sucks but the EPA is shuting alot of ranges down because of lead.
