I noticed most of my weightloss progress after I COMPLETELY cut fast food and soda. Some say diet soda is ok, Ive always just stuck to bottles of water. If you want some flavor they sell these little pack's of concentrate flavoring for bottled water, i think its a couple bucks for a box of them and depending on the flavor their not bad, just dont over do it because they are high in sugar of course. Ive always stuck with lower calories high protein diet. Simple stuff like chicken, turkey, some red meats, hard boiled egg whites, brown rice, corn etc. Im not a pro, i havent been doing this long so im sure there is someone else out there whos more knowledgable than I am. Im just saying this is what im doing now and it seems to be working for me so far.

Guys, i love colbert just as much as everyone else but I have YET to see him in any sort of serious political debate and as far as Im concerned would make a better comedian than someone holding political office. If he is serious and has an actual platform that doesnt involve simply making fun of everyone else and his extreme political satire then I would consider him. Sam's absolutly right, you have to start somewhere, after months of hard cardio and hockey ive finally started lifting in the past two weeks, sucks to be weaker than everyone else but you have to start at the bottom to work your way up. Losing weight is the easy part (never thought I would say that), but if you want muscle definition and to get bigger, your diet is 80% of what you do. Its easy to discipline yourself to do hard cardio once a day, but practicing the same discipline day in and day out with your diet is HARD, especially with all the temptations out there. Im in the same boat right now, god what I wouldnt do for a Wendy's number 2 biggie size with honey mustard sauce.... mmm. Oh and 5$ everytime you work out?!?!? thats redonkulous. My World gym membership is 20/month.

Yes but isnt it true if you can refuse to blow you can refuse to have your blood taken? The article says 'its the officers choice if they want to do a breathalizer or a blood sample, if you refuse you can lose your license up to a year'. If its not true then at the very least demand they do it at a hospital with trained personel in a sterile environment. No way would I let a cop take my blood, no way. HA, thats my bday im having a small get together but havent figured out where yet. IF i ever go downtown its usually Bar Louie, Patio, Lodgebar. They seem to have a slightly older crowd, usually older than myself anyway. Gaswerks and the other bar right on the corner seem to be a bit younger maybe even college age bars/clubs. But I'll admit I dont like downtown a whole lot, always have to worry about parking and how im getting home, beers arent usually too expensive but mixed drinks are as are shots. Plus you just have to be prepared to deal with alot of Yuppies at any of the bar/clubs downtown. Especially Sugar and Spice. And to think this coming from someone who frequents bars around Dublin that should illustrate how bad it can be.

So USC loses to an unranked team (at home) and we steamroll every unranked team (even some ranked ones) at home or away and we're overrated? Im definitly not saying LSU or USF or USC wouldnt give us a run for our money but i still think we deserve to be in the top 3 if not the number 1 seed.

Ok not sure if anyone is looking but they posted some jobs at JP Morgan Chase and I thought someone might like some 'side' work or anyone in need of PT work with benefits. There are two position's open in the department below mine, its considered part time/weekend, you only work sat and sun but FULL benefits are available as are a shift diff of 15% for working weekends (ie, if regular pay is 10.00/hour, you make 11.50 for example). These jobs would be great for someone going to school fulltime or just a weekend gig. I dont know exact details but I do know its entry level work so it cant be too difficult. If anyone is interested just PM me and I can send you in the right direction. EDIT: there are some FT jobs open as well, mon-fri but Im not sure the shifts available or what the pay is.
