  1. i concure, oh and welcome.
  2. And to think that such a "hobby" as drifting get's more coverage, more sponsor dollar's, and more fan's than a real motor sport as rallying just make's me sick. i was unaware that there were more than one PROrally series in america, at least the driver's and there sponsor's will be able to continue elsewhere.
  3. wow, i wonder if NASA will be willing to create a ProRally series? If not then will it survive at all? that suck's to hear about WRC. i loved watching those car's but i think they could still go with a turbo charged 2.0 engine and cut cost's other way's. 2.0 N/A sound's like no fun.
  4. im a dumbass and your right. If DI allow's you to run really high compression ratio's on an N/A motor, then what would it do in a boost application? If D/I can take care of detonation then what's stopping one from turning up the boost (save for stronger internal's)? Detonation is the number one enemy of boosted motor's, so could this be an answer? mallard, have you driven it yet?

    New Car: Poll

VW doesn't say anything about it being turbocharged, just says it's a 4valve VR6.it would be mean with a turbo though.hell it would be sufficient w/out one.especially for a college car. if it were me ,i'de want something that was moderatly fast ,yet safe to park overnight outside w/out worrying about it. your right, for some reason i was thinking of this car. which is a BIT out of his price range. My mistake. mach 1's are nice but which would the dealer charge more for... a brand new 05 GT citing some sort of "limited availability" BS or a Limited Edition Mach 1 that they don't manufacture anymore? That is, if you intend of buying it from a dealer which may not be possible in the near future.
  6. NICE, i was surprised to see an AWD system. Mazda doesn't manufacture any other model as AWD do they? (beside's the MURANO) wasn't there an ugly rumor it was suppost to be TT?

    New Car: Poll

the new VW R32 comes turbo charged from the factory.TT Garrett i read that the newest mustang GT is getting great review's. you might want to at least wait to test drive one before you decide. base price for the 05 mustang 300hp GT = 25,000 goodluck. Joke of the Day

That's fucked up, but funny in a fucked up way.
  9. As long as it were a voluntary program i think it's a good idea.
  10. i thought it was a good movie. i like the fact that it's different, you KNOW what's going to happen in hero flicks and you KNOW what's going to happen in horror flicks. this one kept you guessing MOST of the time.
  11. girls? willing one's, the type who will let you tie them up.
  12. my step dad has one, im about to drive it down to florida. if anyone has any info on these recalls i'd be interested in finding out more, thanks.
  13. lambo doors on anything other than a lambo = ricey.
  14. it's ok if you got a DSM, just as long as you don't have the fantasy of driving it all the time. If it's gonna be a project car, then make it into one, don't think you just gonna get a 1000 dollar car and be able to run it at the track every sunday, ANY car you buy for that amount will need alot of work. DSM would be a good learning tool also, there's alot of backround info on the internet, cd-shop manual's are easy to come by and for the most part everyone know's at least one or two other people with a dsm.
  15. ISC: Idle Speed Control motor, small motor located just underneath of the intake manifold, at least on a 4g63 anyway, i don't know where it would be on a 420a. i had the same problem a few month's ago. replace the motor and everything should be fine. motor new from the dealer is around 200 i believe but find one used and it's just as good. i got mine used from some dsm car fag for like 30 bucks. mrblunt has a turbo'd 420a, im sure he will chime in soon.
  16. well i guess this answer's a question know one asked, that's an awesome way to blow yourself up. smile.gif
  17. HAHA, nice im an ass man myself, there's a girl up there, i can't remember her name but DAMN, tiny tigglebitties but she's fuckin' HOT. Stay away from the russian one btw, she'll hurt ya.
  18. wow, now that was insulting. smile.gif
  19. i've only heard of companies in larger cities like vegas LA ect... that do such rentals.
  20. when i first read about the X-prize i remember reading that the team had to do it with a budget of a million dollars? i think it's cool none the less, but this project was also bankrolled by a microsoft exec. who's name escape's me at the moment. And no it wasn't Bill.
  21. maybe, but soooooo funny.
  22. If i remember correctly it actually replaces your factory ECU rather than acting as a piggy back. It also doesn't read the rear O2 sensor.
  23. the flying J off 36/37 (delaware exit) doesn't have one. but the gas station across the street from them does. and yes it's CAT certified.
  24. im not such a fan of the ssr's. i know some muscle car guy's at work love them, but their just over-priced and too heavy for the powertrain they put in them, at least with 6.0 ls2 it will have a little more "get up and go" but this, i would MUCH rather have this smile.gifhttp://www.autoweek.com/cat_content.mv?port_code=autoweek&cat_code=carnews&loc_code=index&content_code=09818491
