Every gym ive ever been too already had a "snack area" inside. i highly doubt they would let an outside person come in to make any profit off of their customer's. Personally I think its a great idea but i just dont think it will work. We have 4 vending machines at work, two with candy, one with ice cream and one with microwavable food (soups, hot pockets etc...) occassionally ill see an apple or an orange in that machine but ive never seen anyone buy one. EDIT: Oh and Muscle Milk is like 2$/bottle wholesale cost, so their pretty damn expensive. But if you could figure out a way to have a card reader in a machine i think people would be more likely to spend more on a better product.

Most alcohol serving restaurants (including appelbee's) have a very low cut-off of drinks served per guest. I think applebee's is 2 per hour. So getting drunk and carrying isnt really an issue in places like this, and mind you this does NOT give the green like to mix guns and alcohol. Its still illegal to consume while your carrying which i am fully supportive of. This is the lamest excuse ive ever heard a lobbyist make. Grasping at straws anyone? So now you have to hire an off duty officer to watch the law-abiding people who are eating dinner b/c they MIGHT have a concealed carry license?

Anyone planning on going to the USA Rugby Sevens tournement at Crew Stadium? I use to play in HS but im way out of shape, its a great sport to watch too. Lots of hits, lots of action. None stop like soccer but way physical like lacrosse/football. Ive been wanting to catch a Crew game sometime this year but i think we'll have to see this first. Should be a great time and cheap tickets too. http://www.usasevenscci.com/tickets/

A guy i played hockey with last sunday ate a double-down before our game. Needless to say he had to throwup as soon as we lost 5-0 ... i blame it on the colonel.

Ive already thought about this but unfortunatly I would have to take a personal day from work to take the Tuesday evening classroom session (i work second shift) so the chance that i burn a personal day and not even get into a class isnt worth the risk. Its either i get into this one or ill just wait until next year, no big deal. I can take the temps test at the large BMV building downtown (hilltop area) right? Ive always gone there for all of my license/tags etc...
-
Ha really?! I went on the website at noon on Feb 1st, filled out everything needed, paid my 25$ and picked the dates i wanted. There was no mention of a temp # or any field that required one from what i remember. The only mention was that i needed to have it the day of the first classroom session (which is this tue. at delaware)

http://www.treasureisland.com/?utm_source=gpds&utm_medium=cpc&utm_term=tilasvegas&utm_campaign=brandti Its called "Mystere' by Cirque Du Soleil", it says its the "original classic Cirque Du Soleil" so maybe its an older show put on by the same performers? I dont know but it is on the front page of the TI website. We'll keep looking at more expensive hotels but last i checked none were even in the same price range as TI. Has anyone ever gone through a travel agent? I was recommended to go to Bexley travel agents b/c they dont charge the customer per trip (at least thats what im told). If not i will go through expedia most likely.

Awesome! thanks for the advice, see i wouldve never known that and especially the thing about flagging down a cabbie. Another point about staying at Treasure Island, they have the shows we want so if im there gambling and they offer a comp thats the first thing im going to ask for. But i wonder where Blue Man group is doing their show?

1. I understand you get what you pay for, especially in vegas, HOWEVER i want to spend as little on my room (while still being a nice place) so i can spend more on the drinking and debautchery you speak so highly of. 2. FUCK WALKING THE STRIP! seriously it will be the end of June when we're there, there's no way in hell im walking the strip in the middle of summer. I would like to see the town but only at night when everything's bright and shiny and causes my ADHD to kick into high fucking gear. 3. I (well, me and the girl) wanna eat some shrooms and see cirque de solei (spelling anyone?) at Treasure Island (cue the knocked up reference's). While we may not be the biggest shroom eating hippies, we do wanna see cirque de solei, and she wants to see the pirates vs hookers show (i think its literally called the pirates vs sirens, but im sure they'll be hot sweaty bitches running around with sharp objects no matter what) 4. One nice, quiet dinner where people address me by my last name and dare not mispronounce it and i have more silverware than i can count on two hands. 5. After 4 is done, as much drinking, partying and hot sweaty sex we can fit into the rest of our vacation. If we happen to find a nice, good looking girl with daddy issues we can persuade to join us.... all the better. 6. Hit up a strip club or two. I work at one here in town and my girl is cool about it so im sure she wouldnt mind if we went to "sight see" or just get wasted. 7. play blackjack, she loves slots.... slot machines. After shopping on expedia I really like Treasure Island. It was fairly cheap (like 69$ a night average, our trip it would cost us 200 and change) Seem's nice and adult-ish. Has both of the shows we want to see and a really nice pool (only saw the pictures on their website though). However flight prices were fucking rediculous (maybe b/c its only a month away?) so i went to Airtran.com and found decent flights prices, around 300$ round trip per person. However from looking at the map TI looks like its on the far end of the strip (even though circus circus is farther) and out of all the hotels you mentioned none of them were TI so whats wrong with this place? Oh and as for a budget, I have 2grand for 4 days. I understand thats not anything in a city like vegas but i figured i could have a pretty good time with that, no?

So me and my girl are planning a trip for june 26-29. Weve been looking at several travel sites the best deal i came across was 3 nights at Circus Circus for 115$ total. ive never heard of circus circus but ive also never been to vegas. from what i understand older hotels are cheaper and honestly i dont mind if the hotel is older as long as im on the strip. Any suggestions/comments on where to stay and where to look for deals? We tried to go that mon-thur but she couldnt get the time off work. We'd like to go to at least one show (maybe pirates?) and have a nice (read:expensive) dinner once but after that i wouldnt care if we ate buffet food the whole time.
-
Fucking nuts, i thought they were getting pulled over the first time i heard the sirens then i realized what they were doing.
-
I dont get it, so its news when there's a porn star in Mansfield but there's a porn star at Columbus Gold every weekend and I could really care less.
-
IT SHOULD BE BETTER?
-
Maybe b/c its like 16 grand cheaper!? Base v6 is around 23k$, loaded GT is around 39k$ The v6 base mustang gets 31mpg and 305hp (only 10hp less than the outgoing GT v8 and over 10mpg improvement). The v8 gets 17/26mpg and 412hp respectively. Not to mention the v6 is paired with the same manual and automatic transmission so if you choose to mod down the road you know the trans can take more power. Sure driving a v8 is great for cruising and racing etc... but for real world driving Id rather have a v6. Out of those cares, it would be a toss up between the mustang and the 370z.

If my girl ever said that I'd kick her ass out. and its definitly a repost

Thats not true at all. Judge's will side with officers alot but if you have a solid case and the officer doesnt show up in court you will win. Ive gotten pulled over many times and every time Im polite and cordial with the officer he's returned the favor. Get the attitude that you give.
-
Do this. Sorry Brian but 99% cops dont neccessarily show up. I had a weak defense for my last speeding ticket but the trooper didnt show so the prosecutor offered me a deal, 50$ fine with no points, hell yes i took it. Worst that can happen, cop shows up, you argue that the car in front of you braked sooner than you anticipated and it was harmless misjudgement that got no one hurt or injured. Your not saying the cop is wrong you simply explaning something that happens everyday at the same exact location with every other driver. Dont forget to wear a suit and be as polite as possible. If the 125$ isnt a problem then what do you have to lose?
-
Curious, did you ever sell any when you worked at Blackwing?
-
Dont be "that guy".
-
All girlfriends will say that. My buddy has a pair of these, i tried them on and they seemed to fit my big head.
-
Let's not forget that its pretty obvious the officer was shooting through the rear window at the driver. Im sure plenty of his rounds went through the front windshield aswell. Its not like he missed the car all together. I wonder if the driver was dead before he hit the telephone poll?
-
I dont care what anyone says, i like it in everyway way more than the Camaro. Trim for trim, the mustang is a better car. If it was my money id have a tough time justifying spending 35k on the 5.0, instead of the 300hp V6 that gets 31mpg (w/ an auto).
-
I think it was on G2 or Spike a while back. I watched it, kind of interesting but i thought it was halarious when the guy started talking about his BBQ sauce "i was the best at Kong, now i will be the best at BBQ sauce" .... live the dream bro.

Anyway you could post some pics? or send them to my email? Im interested. rse7en@yahoo.com Oh and what does the "c" stand for? "compensated"? I think ive heard of it before but im a little vague on the difference.
