They were comfortable and I really like them. I'm sure the Vertigos and up and better boots, but I have zero complaints about my B2s.

I have: Suit: 2piece A* MX-1 Jacket w/track pants Gloves: A* GP Plus Gloves Noggin: Arai Quantum 2 Footses: Sidi B2 All crash tested and highly recommended. I'm going with a A* 1-piece (prolly Octane) for the spring though. Also replacing my helmet with either another Arai or Shoei. I'd also recommend Cyclesector and Superbikesupply. I also like Indysuperbikes mostly because they hooked me up out at Putnam and were all around great guys. I have also ordered from them before and had great service and stuff gets here quick since they are close.

I hope they don't sell. It's depressing to see it happen all over with the housing market in a down turn. Even if some don't, all the builders have to do is buy up enough property around those, make plans and it's easy enough for them to get buyouts under Eminent Domain.

Oh very nice. We thought about hitting auctions. She deals mostly with bank owned properties right now so bargains are real easy to find if you don't mind doing some work on the place especially with the market being the way it is.

That's what we plan on doing (and did with the current place). We are currently looking at a house built in 1917 out near Alex Bell. The wife is a real estate agent which helps speed up the process in both looking for properties and getting out to go see them a few times.

We're looking to do something similar in the next few years. Would prefer to find something on the edge of a suburb with a decent amount of land that little chance of being commercialized anytime soon.

Over building is one of the core contributors to the real estate down turn and current recession. If people are looking into building new they really need to look into buying property outside of a "planned" community. Otherwise you're pretty much getting custom cookie cutter housing built.
