Yeah Cantrell isn't a great fighter and was on a 4 loss streak before that fight. They practically handed Kimbo that win. Happens occasionally. There was a guy that tapped to strikes Saturday night here in Dayton. Tapping to strikes is more impressive than getting KO'd. The guy Saturday could take a beating but was in serious pain and had a ton of blood pouring from his nose which was probably broken. This fight though I don't think was officially a pro fight. His last fight was against Tank Abbot last month. That was also a joke. Tank is old school and a pretty tough guy, but he's been around for ages, he's 42/43 and has never really been that good a fighter. I guess Kimbo has been training up a storm so it'll be nice to see them put him up against someone real instead of just continuing to try and build hype around him.

I was watching Judge Judy one day and say a guy I went to high school and played soccer with for years. He and his current gf were getting sued by the girl he had dated all through high school and married.

Yeah probably one of the nicest DZ's around. In general they are good people to be around though.

I thought about going out to Green County Skydiving or out to Richmond to jump a few times this summer to see if I want to get back into it. It's a whole different experience.

Yeah but that would like saying what the hell not jumping with a reserve. Skydivers are a relatively safe bunch, but of course there are exceptions. He'll have a chute on just in case there is a mal in his suit he can recover from by deploying his parachute.

Yeah he means landing without using the parachute not jumping without one on at all. Even the CG model they use has a rig on.

I was on my way to getting my license, but just didn't have the time to get through it. I know he wants to land without using his chute, but I haven't read anywhere with him saying he's not going to wear one at all.

Guys with wingsuits have been building and testing their suits for years. He wants to try and land without using the 'chute, but he'll still be wearing one from what I've read. I think some of the biggest wingsuit enthusiasts aren't in the US though. Edit: Here's link to a wingsuit vid:
