  1. You can take the advanced msf without the basic, I signed up a few years ago but had to miss it because of work and I never took the BRC. You had to have your endorsement for like 5 yrs and have 15,000 miles or something like that and they'll let you in or of course if you already had the BRC. There arent any Advanced classes anywhere near hear though, maybe i'll just take the brc finally for the fun of it? Trying to talk the wifey into taking it, I'd go to, I think it would be fun. OP: The dude is an asshat, just say I ain't riding with you. End of story. Be one thing if he was willing to work on it but doesnt sound like it to me!

Ran into many people like that, most of them dumb as posts, and cocky as hell though so never actually add anything, and you make them look like a tard eventually. One thats actually smart might be hard to deal with...so I'll +1 the balls across the face thing. Or take a picture of your taint and make it her desktop right before she plugs the ole laptop into the projector for her next presentation!
  3. Welcome, that thing is sweet!
  4. omg wtf or's down or's down http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALbH63Ali9U
  5. I thought about the Sprint a few years ago, and got to test drive one, and it just didn't impress me enough to want a payment. Really nice bike but it just didn't speak to me....maybe it was the lack of the gear driven cams??? All this talk about "character" but seriously I love when I pull up next to a new cbgsxr6 and they go "sounds like your bike is gonna blow up!" when they hear the whine. Thats character!!! I don't know I could have easily been quite happy with a sprint but the fit and finish just wasn't up to viffer standards either. I'm slow as phuk on a bike so 15 HP aint gonna make me any faster I'll do some suspension work and get a few more years outta the old girl.
  6. yeah it is, cool folks but i about choked when i saw them pull in to BWW the first time.
  7. ^^^^^^come to a bike night in toledo and see the chick who cruises in on her Rebel (yes honda rebel 2fiddy) with her man on the back.
  8. i spent some time on an F3 but not with a passenger, ergos are very similar so you'll be happy but I'm not sure if the passenger accommodations are that much different? I really just don't know the bike is a smidge longer so maybe? the lower end will make it easier to ride 2 up, one of the main reasons I grabbed the VFR over the f3 way back when....a corbin/sargent saddle might be all you need though on either to make her happy?
  9. that only happens to me on days that end in "Y"

  13. qft (except the 5th gen thing ) I've had mine since before the first mile flipped on the odo. So 12 years and counting, its a great all round bike. Not even in 97 was it the fastest 750 nor the lightest but it is comfy and has plenty o power for me. In 98 they went FI and still had the gear driven cams, so they sound cool the next Gen has v-tech (or whatever honda calls it) which some people love some don't. Not sure what was wrong the 86 you rode but even my old school carbed model pulls hard from the bottom of the tach all the way up with a nice little bump around 7k when it starts to growl a little. Newer versions picked up some lbs/, 50 cc and a little power. Finding a clean 5th gen is tuff cause people tend to keep them a while but there are some nice ones if ya search. you can prolly find brand new 1-2 yr old models at a dealer near you for a steal, I think there is still a RWB model (my personal fav of the 6th gens) @ honda east up here in Maumee. The nice thing is they are kind of like squid repellent, so chances are if you find a used one it wont be completely thrashed. At local bike nights no one seems to give it a second glance unless they are over a certain age, tend to get beemers guys that ask about it from time to time. If your ever near the toledo area give maybe we can work out a test spin.
  14. + rep since you said you liked it anyway, what should I do to you for complementing that abortion?? hmmmm
  15. ignorant, i mean its shiny and red but uhhh just gay. His wife should kick him in the nuts, screw his best friend then wipe her twat on his pillow for building that monstrosity
  16. fo realz?? they used to be. still got alot of family and friends there, when that list came out a few years ago they upped the gym classes in schools again after them beining eliminated for a while.. gee whouda thunk recess and gym would help kids stay thin?? either that or the Wii
  17. still though slipped and got a boo boo, to hurt to do paperwork but can ride a sportbike, at 149 mph no less? maybe if he was on a juiced up 'wing or something I might buy his "injuries" but seems more than a little fishy
  18. +1 Only illegal if you try to pass it off, same as if you swapped odo's from a junk yard or something. And seriously though with bikes in the north, is mileage really that much of a concern? I mean yeah I prolly wouldnt buy one with 100k but I doubt I'd buy one with 80k miles either so..... Plus I've known a few less then honest folks that marked the tach on their cars and prolly bikes too and simply disconnected the speedo so this isn't a new thing. Just gotta watch what you buying, I mean I'd grab a viffer with 50k even if the guy said hey look i changed gearing the odo's off before I'd by a gixxer from a 20 something with 4000 showing and oil squirting out the fork seal from to many yutt ughhh's.
  19. Got pulled over for speeding @ night, no helmet, with a passenger on my temps. So no I guess I didn't follow the rules....
  20. Indiana is one of the "fattest" states!!! I get pissed when I see one of these 400 lb POS riding a scooter through Meijer but that just takes the cake. If you fuckin WALKED to get your comfort food you'd lose about 50 lbs fat fucktards! Just pisses me off, our company just set up crap to jack up insurance rates for smokers (actually I don't smoke anymore, just the principle) BUT you can weigh 500 pounds and thats ok. I aint skinny no more but I see shit like that and it pisses me off.
  21. Sorry man, didn't know where they rode just knew there was a few. Bring that GS to a bike night sometime love those boxers!!
