  1. How about 5-24? Probably do another one in June. Just trying to get the bikes who did not get a chance to dyno the last time.
  2. Wish I could come hang out. Gotta be up early at the shop
  3. What was both the advertised ET's out of the magazines and real world results in terms of 1/4 mile performance for the LT1 cars in 100% stock form?
  4. I will put some thought into it and call you back.
  5. Time to swap some PI heads and cams on the 97 car.
  6. My friend you are speaking the truth. Like I said there is a reason why there is not a new motor in my turbo mustang or a twin turbo kit on the vette.
  7. My fear is that we will all be shining shoes for a China someday.
  8. That has to be rough. It takes one hell of change in life style when you take that kind of pay cut. Been there and done that. The dyno has made me humble. I am now extremely thankful for the business I now have.
  9. So far people are still spending money on their toys. I have managed to grow my dyno business even with the local competition. I will say that I am saving my earnings instead of building my mustang. I want to have a nice cushion should things turn for the worse.
  10. Lauren is going to make some passes in the mystic.
  11. Just got off the phone with them. They are still a go as long as it does not rain.
  12. Should probably give Kilkare a call in the afternoon.
  13. Oops. My bad. I will probably make it the 23rd depending on the responses that I get on here. Give it a couple days. Hopefully the weather will be nice again. If not we will pick another weekend in June.
  14. Should be make a poll with some dates or just pick one?
  15. I am thinking 5-23 if that is not too short of notice. If not that is the case then maybe 6-6. Thoughts?
  16. Another happy motorcycle customer. I am averaging a bike tune just about every other day. The best days are when both dynos are running at the same time.
  17. I can get whatever you need. Just get me a description or a part number and I will see what I can do. Keep in mind that I will be ordering directly from Vortech so it takes a couple days to get it.
  18. Is it too early for another one? I understand that the turn out in terms of dynos would not be as great because of the number of bikes we did the last time. A number people told me they did not dyno because the line was so long. Please Discuss.
  19. A power commander map is TPS position vs RPM. I am guessing the factory fuel map in all of these bikes is a V/E table which has rpm on one axis and manifold vacuum on the other axis. Both the power commanders and bazzaz units act as a band aid on the factory tune. In a perfect world it would be better to actually re write the V/E table in the bikes ecu. A given map should stay consistent. A map may need tweaking from time to time as the engine wears and engine management sensors begin to fail.

  21. I am glad I saw your post. I was just about ready to post a graph I will PM you a link with a graph
  22. Gotta love the DIN correction factor found on the side of the page. That correction factor reads even higher then STD let alone SAE. I bet the power would be close to 110 using SAE.
  23. All Engine Displacements are not created equal
