It was awesome minus my dad getting taken out by someone.. Only 75 people there total so a TON of open track. I worked on my set up all day and finally getting it close to where I want it.. Twizted has gotten a lot faster and now he is whoopin up on most of the A guys.. It was a great day all together.

yep, he posted on AFJ about looking to trade it for a SV650. Don't buy it back, i think a SV650 would be better route for you for the next purchase.

On the way home from the track now, good showing from OR in the mini 20. Decent weekend minus the 2 large pile ups on the starts. Hope everyone has a speedy recovery. See you guys in a few rounds, I have graduation and boards the next few rounds.

Helps to keep the heat controlled and from the exhaust burning the bodywork sometimes. However if you have titanium full exhaust I do not believe you can use header wrap.

Yeah I have to ask Todd if mine is done yet or not. Ordered in 2 months ago but not here yet lol. Hopefully he just has it at the track.

I am thinking of signing up for the races sunday and have a few questions... i already signed up for the trackday saturday and i remember hearing that i can get a discount for signing up for the trackday saturday and the races sunday? i am taking the race school saturday so maybe i should just sign up at the track with todd and work out the discount? how much of a discount is it anyway?

The discount does NOT apply to race school, you are not a license racer yet. The discount is for licensed racers that are just doing the track day and not the race school. Thus the next time you go to nelson if you sign up for saturday and sunday you will receive the discount. This discount only applies for nelson dates.

One question, there was a guy named George on an 07 Tuono pitted near you guys, anybody know him or know if he's on here? I want to know what his exhaust is since it looked factory stock, but sounded much better than what's on my Tuono.

I have a whole section blocked off on the right of the pits before pit in. You will see trash barrels with orange tape around them blocking off spots for everyone. If you have any questions find craig or myself.

If you need electricity you will need to probably rent a garage unless you pit with someone with a generator.

the biggest thing in sprints is the start. If you're not out front right away, you just don't have enough laps to catch the people who you lost touch with on the first lap.

in the mini-20, you can afford (a little) to be buried in the pack, and take the first 10 laps catching up to people, then then next 10 battling them for position.

Some what correct, but you kind of give the false idea that it is a 20 lap race. It is a 20 minute race, so it would be slightly less than 20 laps.

Looking at possibly Saturday... Not 100%.

Races, I am doing the two superbike races, 1000 GT and Heavy 20.

I will be there Saturday; who will be control riding that day? I hope it isn't going to be too packed since everyone was default bumped to that day after the cancellation.

Would help if you list which group you are planning on riding, then I could give you a better idea. From here, Craig and I will be the only ones, as Jinu will be out of town. We will both be in novice school coaching.
