I bought my track bike on eBay with no issues. I called the seller,got a bank certified check,he sent a notarized title,got it delivered.

From my very limited track experience I can tell you that I always leave thinking I could have went much faster. I'm not sure if it's from a lack of seat time or a total mis-trust on my suspension. As far as suspension goes,I'm gonna get the forks and rear shock's looked at in the off season.

So,what if I have a title that's is signed over to me and notarized? Is it still legally his ! I say no based on the fact that once a title is signed over its the buyers responsibility to get it transferred !

So,your saying the my Trackbike that I bought last Oct. is still legally owned by the guy I bought it from in Wyoming since I didn't title it in my name? Honestly,I just didn't feel the need to pay the Great State of Ohio taxes on my Track Only bike !!!

As one of the slower I group riders,I can tell you that I don't get spooked when getting passed. I think I might have been in Craig's way at The Ledge's in the kink but that's a racer compared to an I rider.
