We were having this discussion when I was getting my tattoo. And while we're having it, we look out the window. In comes a young girl with short shorts and a tank top along with her mom and little brother.
The girl had just turned 15 and her mom got her her belly button pierced.
I blame MTV.
A pierced belly button is second only to a tramp stamp in terms of letting the world know "Im ready to fuck".

Seriously, there have been more threats and subsequent bans in the past week or so than I've ever seen. Granted, the mods are cracking down on rule violations a lot more strictly (I actually like it...equal enforcement is doin well), but it seems like the tension is a lot higher and everyone's gettin a bit violent.

no it isnt bad for your back to arch your back, its actually better for your shoulders to do that.
for a legal lift your shoulders and butt have to be on the bench and your feet on the floor.
Tell me that when you 50+. I will gladly push you around in a wheelchair.
It may not be THAT bad, but its nothing I would recommend to do in your daily workout.

the concept of a drunken sexcapade is sound, but young girls are just annoying. They talk constantly, and its always about stupid shit. I couldnt handel it. The 19yr old was too much... my new lower limit is 21 lol.

Isn't it bad to arch your back way above the bench like that? I've been told that you could severly injure yourself benching like that, but obviously those guys weren't benching half a freaking ton...
Yes, it is bad for your back. Furthermore- at competitions (at least up here) your but has to stay on the bench for the entire lift, or your lift is disqualified. I

There is a guy in my team that competes @ 164, and tossed up 410 at the last lift. He looks like a mini triple H with his pony tail. He is about 5' 4". All natural.
Being short is not advantageous, but having SHORT ARMS is. I am not blessed in this area with my ape arms.

i most all sanctioned meets a singlet is required. on non-sanctioned local meets, they are optional, never heard a local meet not allowing them.
Not the singlet- the arm/shoulder straps under his singlet. Look at him when he gets up, his arms are held together buy them. I don't know the proper name for them.

I have how strapped up they get, and the fact that the spotters actually have slack on the bar. Spandex suits like that are not allowed at power lifting competitions I have seen locally.

I travel every week and when minor shit came up with my car, I always figured out a way to get it fixed before the weekend. Yes, it was a pain sometimes, but you do what you need to do. If Joe really wanted to race me and thought he had a chance, he wouldn't have bitched out...Bingox2

Noone on here knows how much HP my car makes. They know how much it made a year ago on pump gas and 15psi.
Since Bill L. has a screen name on here, "noone" cares. Check back in when you in the 6's.
Also consider-if you never show up to a god damn race, no one will care how much RWHP you have. Thus far,all the power your super sick viper is making has been good for little more than hard parking in your driveway, or as some say-your mom's driveway.
