I think the correction in 4th was from the spinnage in third. A correction that big is not so big when viewed from behind-if that makes sense.

FYI- That "action" in third gear was wheelspin. It was confirmed by his EMS logs.

No one said they could not go up the mountain-people are just saying why risk lives to save the lives of those who put themselves in a dangerous position-which is a good point. The needs of the Many outweigh the needs of the Few. I would agree a rescue attempt in adverse situations would be ridiculous, but it seems they had good weather for a rescue search-and the Mountain is not of that high of elevation either.
