  1. Depends where your at. Rural Maryland is much like Rural PA or WV. Affluent MD is some of the most yuppie areas in America. OC is great tho. Only downside is colder water.
  2. Lets take this full circle- Here is the original post. NO mention of a truck. Truck may have been mentioned later, but I hope the OP re-reads this, and realized a truck is not going to fulfill the need!
  3. Some of those are not even turbo cars :dumb: No turbo, no bueno
  4. Realtalk- does anyone buy anything and tell their consumers "Im just hoping to make a little money in the mean time, let the place run itself into the ground, and sell it for solid overall profit?" :dumb: Everyone walks into small business ownership with the best of intentions! **I honestly know nothing of the situation at NTR**
  5. Yenner- I love ya, but you see the one thing you didn't mentioned? FUN. I dont know how this got so off topic- trucks are great. That have their place. I own an F 350. Yee haw. But let's remind everyone of the topic of this thread.... Wanted: Fun Car A truck is neither fun, nor a car. LOL
  6. Dafuq are you talking about? C5zs C6s, and 996s where at the peak of this discussion. Tall folk have no problems fitting into those cars, and the OP is not a giant, so I am not sure what planet you're on right now, especially bringing up an Mr2 as a solution which would fit a "big" guy that WORST out of what we is, or at least was considering.
  7. Who cares about 100k. Its a cave man truck motor with a blower and a super beefy trans. Fucker will run forever. Shit people are BUYING them with 200k plus, stuffing 30psi into them and setting records! :lolguy: As for the change in heart for a truck- seriously DONT do it. Unless you NEED the hauling capabilities of a truck, you will find it lacking in very, very short order. Turbos, tunes or not. Its still a fuckign truck. Re-read your OP, reassess, and buy something slightly ignorant. #yolo
  8. Shift the cradle? Fluid leaks? What kind of POS is this?
  9. Torque steer is horrid in these cars. Its simply boor engineering. Racing FWD cars all my life, I have seen just a change in wheel offset induce, or remove torque steer. if they spent more than 5 seconds on the design of the suspension and front end, I am sure they could have sorted this out.
  10. The rear question. Can a 98 vette operate completely fine with a bad ABS module? Or, do you have to do some sort of ABS module delete?
  11. Coming from the guy that has owned or driven just about everything fun in your price range.. If you want to look like an adult and go fast- Under 10k 335 or 535. If you dont need 4 doors c5z or c6 Best of all worlds and under 25k- 09 CTS-V. 11+ is 100% not worth the premium.
  12. AWD, NAV, Fully loaded- turbos. Less Miles, less money, Newer, Cheaper to fix........ I feel like you just really want a Benz. http://www.autotrader.com/cars-for-sale/vehicledetails.xhtml?listingId=450957496&zip=44011&referrer=%2Fcars-for-sale%2Fsearchresults.xhtml%3Fzip%3D44011%26showcaseOwnerId%3D587027%26startYear%3D2014%26sortBy%3DderivedpriceASC%26incremental%3Dall%26firstRecord%3D0%26endYear%3D2018%26modelCodeList%3DEXPLOR%26makeCodeList%3DFORD%26searchRadius%3D500%26trimCodeList%3DEXPLOR%257CPlatinum&startYear=2014&numRecords=25&firstRecord=0&endYear=2018&modelCodeList=EXPLOR&makeCodeList=FORD&searchRadius=500&makeCode1=FORD&modelCode1=EXPLOR
  13. 0 of the top 10 Wealthiest Suburbs (Median and per capita ) are near Dayton. In fact, most are up here. 1 Hunting Valley Cuyahoga and Geauga counties $144,281$200,000+ (If you want to mind-blown at houses-google earth this place LOL) 2 The Village of Indian Hill Hamilton County $96,872 $158,742 3 Kirtland Hills Lake County $78,896 $112,421 597 223 4 Springboro Warren County $78,786 $116,012 17,643 5,806 5 Gates Mills Cuyahoga County $74,732 $133,605 2,493 925 6 Wetherington Butler County $73,684 $161,448 1,010 363 7 Bratenahl Cuyahoga County $72,757 $76,028 1,337 711 8 Bentleyville Cuyahoga County $73,392 $160,902 947 297 9 Moreland Hills Cuyahoga County $72,001 $113,977 3,298 1,286 10 Pepper Pike Cuyahoga County $71,255 $133,316 6,040 2,203 Being near the base makes sense though- as enlisted folk who have free housing and food seem to spend literally every dime they earn on toys. LOL
  14. How does a city with a population 1/6th of Columbus pull that off?
  15. When I was in Cbus for work/weekend getaway I stopped by and saw a lot fo OG Cr folk. I can attest the line for coffee was out the door, and down the walk. Sucks as I think this will inevitably kill this location at the least. It was the Best CnC I have been to Sans Dallas and LA's Exoctic varient
  16. You've obviously never driven on a Drag Radial in the rain. DOT approval is not the end all be all of safety. http://thumbs2.ebaystatic.com/d/l225/m/mdKH8soCPEG7-H_cDUrfD1g.jpg That being said- to the OP quit being a pazi, low ball this guy and buy the wheels!
  17. Yup and I have a buddy with Prime who owes me money. Free speaker comin' in hot!
  18. With as much racing as we set up in 05-06 it was like that almost every weekend.. Just with 10 second cars.
  19. Thats what I said! LOL. But, some googling revealed that most FBO cars at 19-20psi make mid 4's on an E mix or 100 octane I had to do some googling evidently the highest HP FBO stock turbo car made 481.
  20. Leasing? LOL In my opinion the only time leasing makes sense is if you have employment that pays for it or you can use it towards a legitimate write off. Otherwise, its renting. You do it for as long as you do it, and in the end you come out with not a fucking thing to show for it.
  21. You would not have fun with a M5 that year. Porsche is cool, you would want a turbo after less than a week.
