you could check out the short north area, skullys, bodega, surly girl, and high five (i think this was renamed) are all within walking distance.

bingo, unfortunately i will probably get sucked into the crowd heading to patio or lodge bar. i heard lodge bar is a $20 cover but beer is $2. i try to stay away from mixed drinks and shots in that area because of the ridiculous lines at the bar.

i was using a ta01 for a bit then sold it and am now running an aimpoint m4s. most of the shooting i do does not justify the magnification so the aimpoint has served me better. but i do have future plans of building up a midlength with a ta31 . when i doubt buy both
