Nice pick up. I just picked up the same thing but I went with the LX. Wanted a car that would last a long time so we can turn it over to my son. Just got tint done and it looks much better especially with the white exterior we have.

We just bought a house a few weeks ago and out of all the sites, Realtor was the best and updated more frequently than others. Although, like TurboRust said the mapping tool on Zillow is better.

Had an appointment with Lindsay Tint for tomorrow and they just texted me saying he had to cancel because his tint guy in Powell just quit. My schedule sucks as it is and I was so excited they had time to fit me in. Guess I'll go tintless for a while longer.:doh:

Lindsey Tint got a few bad reviews so I kind of skipped over them. Maybe I'll stop in and talk to them.

Just bought some seat covers from Walmart. Covers the whole back seat. I ended up getting front covers too. This protects all seats from my kids dirty soccer shoes and my german shepherd and beagle. The whole set was $34. They also had a Dickies brand back seat cover for under $20.

I'd be pissed at the parking job if it was a car $100,000 and under but a $1.5 million and up car, no issue with that. Especially with all the people that want to get close to it and look.

Cant stand the Prius. I've driven one and I would never spend my own money on one. I've thought about the TDI Passat, but I know too many people that have had trouble with their VW's. Maybe if I lease it the Passat wouldn't be too bad. Please don't turn this into a lease vs buy debate. I've leased many cars and enjoy leasing. Especially since most the vehicles I've leased are worth more than the residual value at lease end. I usually finance them and then sell.

Any other Volt owners on here besides Mallard? If so, mind if I pm you? I already sent one to Mallard. Hope he doesn't mind answering some questions.

In high school we used to get a bunch of friends in cars with CBs and start on either side of the town we lived in and played tag. On person in each car giving clues to where the other cars were. Couldn't use street names. Pretty fun. Had the police chasing us down a few time due to all the chatter. Didn't catch us once we hid the antennas.

Autoweek has a spread on it this month and it looks like a monster truck with all the gap. Overall I think the design will grow on me. I still love the C5.
