I think...I think...I can make this. I probably have one good ride left in my tires...maybe 2. I plan on spending Saturday in Ann Arbor..so if I come back Saturday night, I should be good.. As long as we're back by say 6 or 7.
I think it's time we organized a NE Ohio Meet and Greet type thing. Taking nothing from the OR CBus events...just something that the north guys and gals can get to easily. Normally I would say ride to cbus, but we've had a LOT...and I mean a LOT of NEO riders pop up lately.
We don't have a problem with the rules. Not really ANY problem...we all will play nicely with whatever rules are established. But the rules don't work well if they're not applied across the board. I'm not trying to start drama...and I could care less about any leg humping. I just think it's good to clear the air on what's accepted and whats not.
I'm confused. The article talks about 'rationing', as in...rationing out the last meal when you are marooned on an island. Dweezel, you're talking about 'reasoning' and in the 'rationale' behind something. Two totally different things.
I've probably been back and forth between Ohio and Michigan more than anyone on this forum...there is a BIG difference in LEO presence on the highway. Especially on the turnpike. BUT..one advantage of the turnpike (even though you're paying for it), is that it's well maintained. Can't say that for the roads around Detroit.
