  4. He probably gets 21-23MPG to boot on the highway. Very efficient trucks, and can make great power for towing.
  5. What XD did you own? Shit was idiot proof, if you want a basic "field" strip (removing spring/barrel) http://i228.photobucket.com/albums/ee75/pickupsplus/thumb_XD9-1.gif Flip it and remove slide. Just as easy as any Glock or M&P. Stay clear of the Sigma, I wouldn't trust my life on something cheap.
  6. .40S&W+ please. Comparrison: Federal Premium Hyrda-Shok .45 ACP JHP 165 grain Federal Premium Hydra-Shok 9mm Luger JHP 147 grain (I went with Federal's heaviest 9mm to possibly give it a chance). Just looking at energy in foot pounds alone at the muzzle we are looking at a difference of 412 (.45 ACP) and 326 (9mm). If we travel out to 25 yards it drops to 377 (.45 ACP) and 311 (9mm). Let's keep going out to 50 yards where it continues to drop tp 349 (.45 ACP) and 297 (9mm). Then keep following the bullets out to 75 yards where it drops to 325 (.45 ACP) and 284 (9mm). Finally out at 100 yards the .45 ACP is dropping to 305 foot pounds and the 9mm has dropped to 273 foot pounds. As you can see at 75 yards the .45 ACP has dropped its energy down to what the 9mm is coming out of the barrel with. How's that for a comparison? I also looked at how the 9mm Hyrdra-Shok compared to a .45 ACP FMJ, and the .45 ACP still beats the 9mm in energy, but not as much as it does when comparing the two in Hydra-Shok rounds.
  7. Some of you are giving me more reasons to keep single. If you've got the money to buy a vehicle, I don't see what the problem would be. But from what I hear, your money = her money after marriage.

  10. I won't get into details, but again, most are cheap alarm systems that you can buy yourself. I'll agree with places that do good install work.
  11. Anything that you can flat-out buy/install yourself will have a high failure rating FYI. If you want a good alarm, spend the money.
  12. I'm from Ohio, just hate the word pop. I call it soda.
  13. It's soda, not pop. I hate that word.
  14. I'd hate to say I hope, but that's exactly the year I want. As much as I'd like a crew cab, I'd rather have an extended cab short-bed too. But, if people were smart they'd realize diesel trucks get better milage than gas trucks.
  15. This is going on his Jeep :ninja:
  16. :leghump: If you could've only waited til spring. Amazing truck, good luck with the sale, that's a great price.
  17. I looked at the VLTOR stocks, but I liked the Sage a little better. I've shot an M14 with the sage and loved it. I'm just debating on which model M1A I want.
  18. Been meaning to ask about who made the stock on your M1A? http://www.netwalk.com/~mrbell/perhaps.jpg I'll be picking up the best battle rifle ever, after Christmas.
  19. With a statement like that, you don't.
