yup, The only reason i keep updating is because I know few of my friends have been inspired and anthony was my insperartion. If not I would have never had the drive to believe it was possible to loose 100+lbs. So if one person loses weight because of my posts then i saved one person life atleast made it better . plus I cut atleast 1tenth off.

I was debating on having a database you could upload it to , I wonder how hard it would be to code something in php and if there is a good OCR lib out there to scan the sheet.
