  6. your not gonna get the stock shock to perform like a ohlins/racetech/Elka/Penske i guess is just depends on if the extra money is worth it to you. for me, if im spending $400, im gonna go the rest of the way and spend the extra and get a quality shock, if i spend $400 and then im not satisfied there is probably no returns on his services lol.

  16. I went to my first race yesterday with the Ohio Mini Road Racing League it was about the most fun ive ever had, all the guys were really cool, everything was setup very well. its really organized great. The races were held at Circleville Raceway Park, a 40 min drive from the house (big bonus there) I ran the XR100 in the Stock XR100 class as well as the F4 class. i did ok for my first time out there, and really the first time on the bike. people were really helpful and i got a tow around the track during practice to get the lines shown to me. i crashed out on my last race, those drum brakes fade real quick you wouldnt think it, but you are slidding the rear on these little XRs if you push them. its freaking awesome. anyway here is the video i edited and threw on youtube http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=twbZlCE0Blc
  17. possibly looking or a more comfortable seat for the multi. Tear down my XR to the frame, and get things cleaned up, services, and then decide which route im going to be taking it. Gotta decide what class i wanna run in OMRL, and that will determine what all will be getting done. the wifes XR will get some cleaning, and service. the track bike will just get a once over, and ill probably pull apart the forks for a refresh and maybe some new springs. maybe a new shock spring as well.
  18. just let me know and ill get you in!

You have to safety wire the following.. Header bolts Exhaust mounting bolts Oil drain plug Oil filler cap Axel bolts/nuts You also have to have a catch can for the carb drain and vent hoses The crank case vent needs to go to the catch can as well if youre not using the stock crank case vent hose that goes to the intake tube
