  1. I thought about that, and the money savings would have been nice, but since the tires are already separating...the RF pretty bad...and I'm heading to Columbus tomorrow and then possibly Lake Cumberland friday, I thought I better get them ordered and mounted as quickly as possible. So I guess Tires Unlimited ability to have them next day and only be 7 miles from work is almost an only option. They likely will have them tomorrow and I can swing by after work. I do appreciate the offer.
  2. I thought it was the KY hitchhikers you see at every ramp.
  3. You're the winner....I went with a Kumho. Kumho KR21. Ended up getting them through Tires Unlimited for $385 mounted and balanced using my dealer account It would have been $320 shipped from tirerack.com, I'm not sure anywhere would have put them on for $60 or less.
  4. Well I've heard lots of good and bad about kumho, but if they're guarenteed for 80K then whats to lose? They seem to have good ratings, and like the rest are saying it's a 4 cyl status... And just a note... Insignia SE200 Ratings on that tire suck...I know it's just numbers and real world is a whole diff. ballgame.. I've never liked Bridgestone though, never had good luck with them.
  5. Here's what I'm thinking right now... Kumho Solus KR21 How do you go about getting those puppies installed off of that website? They are $320 after shipping. I looked at Tire Discounters and they will rape me at 114 per tire...That's 456+tax...So like $500. I used to work there and know one of the managers so I may get a bit of a deal, but still gonna be a crapton...
  6. I like that Assurance Tripletred...
  7. 205/60/16 I'm pretty positive.
  8. I need some. I'm out of the car loop and could really care less about anything car related. However in this reject state I need a car. So I now need tires since two of the one's I have now are starting to separate and they are all at the wear bar... It's a Dodge Stratus Coupe SXT, so I don't care about performance too much. Mostly I want something that gonna get good mileage 60K and handle well in both rain and snow... Start tossing out suggestions...And Pilot Powers are not the answer...
  9. Are you sure there wasn't a lot of slack in it before you changed the tire and you just hadn't noticed beforehand, but after the new tire and attempting to adjust the chain you have found this issue? If the chain is on both sprockets, the chain didn't magically stretch while the back tire was off.
  10. (613): she was blowing me and i farted, she gave me a high five and kept going.

  14. mine too, but everyone has an opinion. I love my PDS..
  15. My dad has PR2's on his Concourse and so far absolutely loves them. He made a trip to Deals gap a few weeks ago, he's currently on his way to Wisconsin, then heading to KY this weekend. He said they have excellent grip, very solid in the rain, and are wearing extremely well. Can't give you a mileage since this is still his first set, but so far nothing but good things about them.
  16. The whole purpose of paint, imo, is to get rid of graphics. White and red combo is awesome.
  17. that's pretty funny! Some truth, very funny!
  18. No Pirelli /fail IP has a good price on those, Casper!!
  19. Both are true. I installed them on mine and they do get super hot. Also slowed down the blinking rate though.
