Call up Arata and see how much a sleeve and tube are. If need by get some packing also, then just rebuild the thing using you're existing end caps. That would be the first thing I'd look at doing. Next, I'd look for a used Arata slipon for cheap. Again, just use the sleeve and your end caps and be done with it. I would NOT put a stock can on as it will be a LOT more restrictive compared to the Arata.
