Yeap, if it doesn't say that the lease automatically renews. Then they are considered Tenants at Sufferance under the Ohio Law. Which means they are on the property without your consent or Tresspassing. You can go to court the day after the lease is up to set up an eviction hearing. No 30 day notice is needed, but you still need to go to court before you can throw them out. It is sad, but those shitfucks are still some what protected.

I bet most of the 9mph over tickets were amended tickets where they plead down to a no point speed. When i did that, the prosecutor amended the ticket to 9mph over the speed limit.

Aimpoint pro has a great battery life, but the M4/M4S has it beat, but also 2x the price.. lol But the most important part IMO is that an Aimpoint can go through hell and back and still function properly and hold 0. Same can't be said for the cheaper end optics. My Aimpoint pro has a battery life of 30,000 hrs which is 3 years on setting 7. Highest brightness setting is 9. My Aimpoint Comp M4s has a battery life of 80,000 hours/8 years if left on. My Vortex Sparc has the auto shut down feature which turns off the optic in 5 hours, but on highest setting, the battery life is 120hrs. 3500hrs on the dimmest. BTW E, it looks good. Now it just needs a supressor.

I would just get a Vortex Sparc. I love mine, never had an issue or hear that people have issues. Onlything that sucks is the battery life. But you can expect that will all the non-aimpoint optics. Just gotta remember to turn it off.. lol

I have about 3-4k rounds through my colt since 2008. It hasn't failed once. So spending money pretty much just bought you an HK roll mark?

We used The Columbus Photobooth Co. for our wedding. But space wasn't an issue and it was indoors. They did a great job, I don't know if they have anything set up for an outdoor wedding. I am guessing it is just a regular 10/22. The take downs comes with SS barrels. The regular ruger 10/22 with black stocks and blued barrels 200-220 new. The take downs are like 300-350 depending on model number and a nice carrying case. But they are great guns.
