Not really, If they are opening to the public and have 3 positions avail, it is up for grabs. If they have someone in mind, it would be on USA jobs, but it would say that it is opened to current DFAS employee only or even as Current DFAS Columbus emloyees only. The jobs will post for 2 weeks, sometimes even 1 week.

Top Teir: Colt, LMT, Noveske, Larue, KAC, LaRue, Daniel Defense, and LWRC. Can't go wrong with any of them. They all have contracts with the US Gov and held to very strict standards. I still consider these top Teir eventhough they don't have gov. contracts. They are all in strict accordance with the TDP. Sabre Defence, BCM and POF. Second Teir: Stag, S&W, RRA, CMMG, Bushmaster/windam weaponary, Armalite, these are all good rifles. But they are made specificilly for the civilian market. And it isn't very heavily opinion based at all.

Just broke my shield in today. 50 rounds of blazer brass, 50 rounds of federal champion, 20 rounds of Federal 124gr HST and not a single problem. Still not a fan of the S&W trigger, still has that water gun trigger feel. I am probably going to upgrade to an Apex trigger to solve that problem. Overall, it is a great gun and very accurate.

Because a revolver can still be a pistol. Pistol and handguns usage are pretty much interchangeable. If you want to get technical, have the mods change it to official handgun thread.

I have 5 boxes of Federal 180gr HSTs for 40 S&W They come in 50rd boxes and $30 per box. Best ammo money can buy IMO for the 40 s&w especailly for self defense. I know dysons are expensive, but they are worth every penny. I picked up a DC28 on blackfriday a year back, but if I had to pay full price for one, I would so do it.
