picked up 2 new and hard to find handguns this week. A M&P Shield in 9mm for me and a Ruger SR22P for the fiancée. both are great options. I'd opt for the sage EBR and the MK14 mod 0 clone. I had one and loved it, wished I never got rid of it.

Depends on the problem. What brand/model number is it? ususally you can google the model number and figure out what is wrong with it majority of the time because chances are, you are not the first one with the problem. I would guess it is the motherboard or condensor.

If you are buying for a online store, they would need the the FFL for the place you are shipping the gun to. I know Gun Envy can fax their FFL to the shipper or give you a copy to fax. But if it is another dealer they have delt with before, they should have their FFL on file. Dale at Delta Epsilon has his FFL posted on his website, so the shipper can just view and download it from his website.

Just went to walmart to pick up some 9mm range ammo, but didn't get anything since they were cleared out by some hoarder a few hours earlier. Is there going to be another ammo shortage due to panic buying like back in 2008-2009? Boxes of range ammo went up by a dollar at Vances. 40 S&W are nearly the same price as .45s due to the Feds buying up al the 40 ammo. I think I'm sticking to shooting 22lrs from now on until prices become reasonable again.

I use Gun Envy, it's only 20 bucks for a FFL transfer. Guys there are very friendly and very helpful. A few guys here use Delta Epsilon Engineering as well, I think it is 15 and I only hear good things about them. Delta Epsilon is in Hilliard, and Gun Envy on Indianola near Morse road. I would just go to which ever one is closer.

Yeap, I know in Gahanna, they have a city ordinance about cars having proper registration for cars that are in your own driveway. But as long as it is in a garage, I don't think there is much they can do if you don't register the car.

I have bought numerous and sold numerous guns on Glock Talk, ARFCOM, most FTF transactions and never once been IDed. I ususally do a bill of sale if the gun was purchased new or through a FFL. I don't think it's the standard to get copy of drivers license. I think the standard is what Scotty did, give money receive gun, that is what I do with firearms if I purchased them FTF with someone else.

another option is to run black/gunmetal wheels. That is what I do and I never worry about brake dust.. haha.

i run stoptech street performance pads on the STI and I am happy. I had a set of Hawk HP+ before... and OMG. They get pretty dusty but the noise was unbearable until they reach operating temperature, which you will never do driving the car on the street. I heard good things about HPS, but never owned a set my self.
