  3. If the chain is new/newer then I would definitely adjust it as needed. I ran -1 front constantly on my 600RR, but could run anywhere from 42-45t rears (0 to +3) with the chain ending up the "ok" adjustment area.

As for the -1/+2 thought, that equates to about a +1 in the rear overall which would move the axle adjuster slightly forward, not backwards. Bigger tooth rear sprockets increase's size and brings the rear wheel forwards to the front making a shorter wheelbase. It's a give and take when only using one chain with different sprockets to end up with what you want. (be it accelerations, speed or wheelbase etc)

  4. Its still a triple adjustable shock, just an older model and less refinements. Would have to compare it to what you have and what the cost difference really. Its still a good shock and would serve you well.

I would also add to keep your options open, as Penske makes the 8987 triple and may be cheaper. It's also easier to service and have refreshed. I loved mine. :)

  5. I posted about their GEAR 15 the other day. Should be in near the end of the month according to Jonathan. And cheaper then those RRA posted prices. Though, I getting a semi loaded out RRA for $1400 or a base DDM4V7 for around $1300 is the debate currently.

  6. I know of a dealer in Columbus that may be selling AR15's for around $999 towards the end of the month. Still waiting on a little more info, but was told that it would be a semi basic platform with the following:

    16" Chrome lined barrel

    1:9, maybe 1:7

Forged Lower w/ In-House Manf. Lower Parts Kit

    Quad Rail with Flat/Rail Rear

    6 Position stock

    Lifetime Warranty

  7. Sounds correct to me. They have pretty much eliminated the NE schedule unless you want to drive all over. That was the primary reason I switched to Motoseries... and friends with MS helped also. Driving 5-6 Hours one way to Summit, 8 Hours to VIR...no thanks.

Motoseries pretty much has the Ohio area locked up pretty well with Nelson, PIRC and now Putnam.
