Bump.
Decided to keep the TRS for future bikes. (Honda pins for sale!)

My brother and I went out the first weekend. He got a doe by 9:30 the first morning and I got a doe on the 2nd day around 5pm. I passed up on a small 7 & 8 point along with about 4 other does. Was too early in season and not worth taking something with a small rack.
My brother got about a 130 class 7 point this morning. Would have been a 150 class 8pt, but he already broke off the left G2 fighting.
So far I would agree with Rusty on times though. Prime mornings have been 6-10am, then starts up again around 4:30-7pm.

Thanks to everyone, it means a lot.
If your concerned for the trip part on an open trailer. Lock the bike down hard....but in neutral and start it. Let it run all the way to the track if needed. It will get air flow and keep from freezing. Just uses a bit of gas.

I may be out for Sunday now. A close family member passed away today from cancer, unexpectedly sooner then we ever imagined. I will know more as the weekend comes closer with the viewing/funeral.
Matt, I will send my warmers up with anyone that can bring them for you if this is the case. Check your PM for my #

Should work fine. Last year i spun mine thru the swingarm forgetting it was in gear on the stand. I sodered it back together and taped it np. Then sent it to chicken hawk asap after weekend was done.

Lol. It's still too early to call the weather for the weekend. Looks to be like PIRC conditions though.

Another reason to find a Pirelli dealer! O wait!

Yep. Being a bit more careful in 4 and 13 was about it. Still managed to do mid/upper 20s in pouring rain. Probably could do better with bigger balls. Experts were doing almost 20 if memory serves.

You have seen the light too eh. I've generally enjoyed rain riding/racing other then fog problems with the visor.
-
Lol. I don't know if I would classify mine as an off... more like an explosion with bikes.

Who's warmers are you going to borrow this round ya cheap ass.
I've still got John's for him to use. I'll be up later Saturday evening and will spend the night. Gonna need to get a new rear tire, thats for sure. Unless its cooler still and I can mount the Michelin A compound I still have.

I'm sad to see the season come to an end and I feel like
But my wallet is like and it feels like
Truth! Now I need to figure out a price to put my bike up for sale on and start looking for a new one. And then watch all my tax return go in setting it up.

Still 2 rounds left. Definitely making Nelson, and maybe Grattan depending on work/weather.

Won't make the trackday due to work. Will be up Sunday for for racing in 600 sbk 1 & 2 and mini 20.

I had Reuben put one in my bike last winter as I was having a lot of issues with the cbr not returning the shift lever to the neutral position. It works a LOT better, but takes some getting use too has the detent spring is a lot stiffer. Its also almost impossible to get into neutral without using your hands, as the neutral point is very small on the star.

John, don't forget out early spring trip. Slacka!
-
Yep. Due to my current gearing for the weekend (-1, 0) it was the best option since I was too lazy to go + in the rear.

Ok...as requested.
Motoseries at PIRC Mini 20. In full 720p if you want to see it bigger. Feel free to provide input for my additions

Yeah, c'mon you tease!
I wanted to add in custom sounds/music etc to different parts. Unfortunately, youtube doesn't allow that from their site direct and Go Pro HD isn't compatible with Windows Movie Maker.. So I had to get AVS Video Editor and get a crack for it from TPB and go from there. Having testified at court the last two days and not being home...I finally got to it all today. I'm making the finished product (hopefully) and then have to upload it to youtube....which will take a while. (1.6Gb) file since its just over 20 minutes long.

Here's the video from the Mini 20.
Still waiting on edit stuff. Stand by...

Comes with time and experience! Not to mention a properly working suspension lol. You'll get there eventually!

Heres my Rain video from Saturday in the Rain with Brandon in Tow for a bit. We were using rains of course. I got a 1:10 in the wet...so I'll be happy with that! I was refreshing myself on the course since I hadn't been there in two years, so I had my fair share of bad lines.

As stated by all, it was a great weekend with Motoseries! Saturday was actually in in the rain (Rain tires helps! ) And Sunday proved to be a great time with everyone as I've come to expect. I got video of all the races, but then accidently deleted 600 Sbk Race 2 and Race 1 got messed up by fog on the lens of the GoPro and everything turning white by a few laps in. I did get Matt's signature two leg wheelie off the start though
And I'm working on uploading and editing the Mini 20. That was by far one of the most fun races I've had in a while. The traffic was insane though and I wouldn't want to try that again to be honest. It just wasn't safe imho, but it does show the great racers and level heads of everyone in Motoseries, to be able to do what we did and no one crashed or ran into anyone. Videos to follow in a day or so since work and upload will take a few hours.
Matt, good time as always and hope to see everyone else at Nelson soon!

I believe Todd looks like times and then championship status. No point in keeping someone in Novice when they are clearing everyone else out.
