I was there last week, not a single THP. I saw the same sheriff, a few times,but he harassed no one. They need to ticket the fukkin semi's who try to pass through, and "sportsmen" pulling boats going over the centerline.

Went on a three day ride, 1780 mi. in three days. Rode 23 most of the way down to Tellico Plains, Tn. Rode the Cherohola Skyway,(3times),The Dragon all day monday,( blew a tank plus of gas on it),Foothills Pkwy,73 through the Smokies, the Blue Ridge Pkwy from Cherokee to Hillsdale ,Va. Got on 77 to 33 back Home. Did the last leg yesterday, 20 hrs on the bike.Fukkin hardcore.

No Helmet, in my eyes means either dumb or too cool. Morons in my opinion. Squid is a term we used back in the early 80's in BMX for a dude who was all over the track. Couldn't hold his line. Next thing you know his elbow would be trying to lock into yours. I always wave. I'm not too cool for my own good. I actually get a perverse thrill outta waiving to cool cruiser types who look angry and ignore me. I really don't understand the "sport" or "cruiser" click. Let alone scooter or DS thing. You're all my bros while on the road. BTW, at the Dragon this week, I saw a group of college types, male and female on Vespa's. They were having a great time and road as well or in some cases better than the dudes on sport bikes looking like they just came from an photo shoot.

Look man. The rules are cool,and I would love to ride with another Buell. But not on Vintage Bike Weekend. Or Superbike Weekend. Damn, man. Let's Do it in a couple of weeks.
