for the longer trips, I used a camelback just to keep some water with me. I pack all my stuff in the Dowco seat and saddle bags. Tons of storage space. It's good to hold for about a week of clothing and gear. Also, the seat bag doubles as a back pack if you don't want to mount for a short trip.

so I propose a pig roast / camp fire / party at my place saturday night. Bring some drinks with you. I live 20 minutes from the start of the NKY ride and I have plenty of room for people to stay over night. 01929rr and I are going to find a good pig to roast. PM me if you plan on coming to this saturday night.

There's people riding down there EVERY sunday, so I normally just show up to the shell station. I try to get the ride in every sunday when I'm in town. There's a few cincinnati guys that are doing it this morning. Aaron, you have to get down here for it sometime. There's nothing near columbus that compares to it. you pick a weekend to make it down and I'll make a ride happen.

so my tire has not arrived yet but it should be in today. I need to make a stop at home to get that tire mounted before going anywhere. I know there is rain coming, but it should be over before I'm off work. I'll try to catch you guys down there tonight once I get everything back together.

Are you talking reynoldsburg columbus or some location in cincinnati. There's a huge scene in the columbus area up on polaris parkway on wednesdays. If you're down here by the river, some of us are going to meet up before we go to the river.

Hey guys. it seems we've been round up more people in the cincinnati area for bike night. As you know gixxie750 and his friends bounced from bike night for party in the park due to the volume of harley guys at the scene. I'm about to do the same thing. Apparently the scene at party in the park is much better suited for us (girls) without the congestion that bike night has turned into (sausage fest). I just ordered a new tire today so I'll be good to ride by wednesday. Anybody wanna go on this one.

if things go well, I'll have a new tire by end of the week. unfortunately I have bills to pay first, but I should have some leftover for a tire.

SOS!!! I may not make it. I'm down to the cords on my rear tire from today. I just mounted a 180 but it's not seating due to the wider rim. I'm gonna keep working on this tonight, but if I don't get it going I'll have to sit this one out. Total bummer.
