I was offered the opportunity to buy into a business. A friend of mine owns it now and wants to bring me in as a 50/50 partner. As of right now the plan is that we have to agree on what we want in our partnership agreement then his lawyer is going to write up the contract. I am hiring an attorney to review the contract and make sure everything in on the up and up. Before any of that happens though I need someone to look at his financials to make sure that the numbers he told me are accurate and the price I am paying is fair and all that other good stuff. My question is who do I hire to look at the financials of the business? Is that something my attorney will do or do I need to look for an accountant or something of that nature? Any help you can offer is appreciated.

Some schools ban certain things due to allergies yet kids who aren't vaccinated nobody gives a shit about. I can't send my kid to school with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich yet you can send your kid to school with measles, it's amazing how that works.

Fatheads can get real expensive real quick. Brew Garden is too small on the inside and every time I have been there service has sucked. Grayton Tavern I am not familiar with. I know we need to be able to seat and serve usually around 20 people with food and drinks. It is a bit difficult to find a bar environment that is staffed enough to handle that without it being a restaurant. My friend opened a bar where buddys used to be. However He changed it quite a bit. The top area where we used to sit has no tables anymore. It has barstools against the one wall with a shelf. The rest of the upper area is just open except for the pool table. He runs a light food menu of just standard bar food so having everyone eat there wouldnt work. If people wanted to do their own thing for dinner then go to the old buddys just for boozing purposes we can do that.

From the 270 71 interchange to the IX center is about 1:45 depending on how fast you drive

For those that were around last year what did everyone think of that place? We had our own section upstairs I thought the food was good and the drinks were well priced. I can look there again. Did anyone not like the bar we went to last year?

I have a few ideas for places to go. Anyone looking for anything special? I know in years past people have wanted karaoke or other random things for entertainment. I just want to get a better idea of what people are looking for before I decide exactly where to go. If any other Cleveland locals have ideas feel free to kick in locations so we can get it figured out.

The cast was on Conan last night and Sutter said one of his fantasy endings just because he knows it would piss everybody off would be Jax waking up from a dream jumping on a Vespa and pulling into a Starbucks. That shit would be funny as hell but he is definitely right that it would have pissed everyone off.

It was essentially exactly what I thought it would be. It reminded me of yuengling which was what I expected. Nothing special and I won't be buying it again but it was worth the try.

My original thought was SAMCRO was all going to get taken out but the more I think about it the more I dont see that happening. Main reason for me changing my mind is that having all of SAMCRO die is too simple for Sutter (the writer) and would close all doors for any future projects involving the Sons of Anarchy. (except for a prequel which I hear is a possibility on FX in the coming years) My new theory, with Bobby being killed and seeing in the preview that Rat and the president of the Grim Bastards are now being held by Marks, I am guessing this just motivates Jax to get revenge on everybody and ends up patching over the Grim Bastards and somehow manages to patch over the Mayans. Samcro takes out Marks and his crew and turns part of the business over to the Niners and keeps the rest since he now patched over the Mayans. If that happens that would mean he now has a hand in everything with Marks and the chinese gone and patching over the Grim Bastards and the Mayans. Sutter is the type of writer that he is going to have a big ending to the series but he is very unpredictable so who knows what the hell he has coming. The only thing I definitely want to see is Gemma get a bullet to the forehead now that her body count includes 2 members of the Sons of Anarchy plus all the girls of Diosa and the entire war with the chinese and Marks.

Yes I am reviving a thread that hasnt been touched in over a year and a half. Since this is the final season and seeing the way the first 5 episodes have gone I am assuming this series is going to end with SAMCRO getting completely taken out. Thoughts?

All of you bastards can stay at the bottom. I'll handle the top. Only a win and 3 points out of first! The only thing that pisses me off is this is the only free league I do and I do a few pay leagues but I always do pretty good in this league and cant do shit in the ones I actually pay for. Oh well I'll take what I can get.

Apparently I have epilepsy. I have to get a brain MRI next week to make sure its not a brain tumor which apparently is not a very likely scenario. The scary thing is I found out I have been having seizures for the last 3 or so years and didn't even realize it.

Neurologists office called me and told me someone cancelled their appointment tomorrow morning so I can have it. Pretty awesome considering my appointment wasnt until October 20th. I guess the path to full recovery begins tomorrow morning with some tests.

Unfortunately I am done riding for awhile and possibly permanently. Last Sunday I had 2 seizures while I was on my way to the Outer Banks for vacation. I ended up in a hospital in Virginia for a couple days while they did some testing. All the tests came back negative so they have no idea what caused the seizures. They put me on anti-seizure meds and told me to follow up with a neurologist in Cleveland. Because I had 2 seizures and they don't know the cause I am not allowed to drive for 6 months. I drive for my job so now I have to go on disability since I cant do that and my bike is done for at least this season. If they cant find a cause or if there is a chance this could happen again I don't know if i want to risk riding when a seizure could strike at any time. I guess this will be one of the many things I have to evaluate over the next several months as I figure out what I am going to do about my job and driving situations.
