  1. Only positive... I don't think that would turn out well. There should be repercussions if you don't have any redeeming qualities and should get 'voted off the island' as such.
  2. I DO like that feature... short individual comments that can be left privately about a certain post for the person who posted it. Those get really creative and funny, but don't need to clog up a thread. That's a positive. Kawikid would have half his post count if he just repped for everything he thought was funny rather than posting just that in a thread. Loooooooooove Youuuuuuuuuu Kawi.
  3. I answer your question with a question.... How much time are you willing to devote to cleaning up the rep 'pissing matches' of people who just negative rep people in retaliation for being negative repped? I like things how they are. It gives people privacy, and the ability to give honest feedback without fear of retribution. Assuming they have a legitimate beef... which is a big assumption. I suppose in my case I've lost anonymity anyway since it's not hard to figure out with the gain/loss if I've repped you. I wouldn't want people to NOT +rep me because they think I've got too much rep, or NOT -rep me because they think I'll -rep them back. We could just do away with the rep system?

  5. Fun Lovin' Criminals - Scooby Snacks
  6. Are you serious? I complain about the cost of my Hayabusa, but I don't go all 'Hiroshima' on Japan. Why are we FIGHTING for oil? Hint: It's A LOT cheaper to buy it than to fight for it. I didn't see any missed memos from Clinton's office saying "There are terrorists training to fly planes - you should do something". And NEWS FLASH, the first WTC happened on 2/26/93... a month after Clinton took oath of office. So if you can blame Clinton after a month, I can surely blame Bush after 8 months. If your arguments are good enough, then mine should be more than sufficient. Ok dude, some gov't guy tells you to up and leave your home because a storm is coming... what are you gonna do? Leave? Right. No you're going to be like, "Ok thanks, but I have shit to do (job, family, bills) and I don't want to pack up ALL my stuff and leave - I don't think it'll be THAT bad." It's really easy to armchair quarterback what you'd do in that situation when you don't have to go through it. Still doesn't excuse the fact of Bush's inaction.
  7. At least we don't have to debate whether the jester is alive... that's pretty clear-cut
  8. You're right (not ALL of it), but it's his legacy, just like people will pin shit on Obama that's he's not directly responsible for.
  9. You throw that word around, but you and I both know Obama isn't a socialist. http://www.cherokeedemocrats.com/misc_uploads/Obama_Socialist_Myth.pdf I'm not a FAN of dumb ideas regardless of the source or policymaker they came from, there are instances that the betterment of society is better when it's driven via legislation and the public sector, and there are instances were the betterment of society is better in the private sector and big business. The only thing SEMI-"socialist" that I support is the OPTION (aka CHOICE) to have public health insurance. Which isn't even socialism since it competes with private sector offerings. That's been debated in multiple other threads... But back to this point of this thread, nothing Barack has done in the 7 months even comes close to the absolute corruption of power and bungling of our government that GWB has had over the past 8 years. By the way, GWB signed Medicare Part D into law... OMG GWB's a health care socialist!!!!!!! Take special care to note the part in the article I bolded and underlined.
  10. Let's add the Patriot Act, Illegal Wiretapping, and suspension of Habeas Corpus - some of the largest infringments on personal freedom and privacy EVER. I'd be scared of "big gov't" too if it was run by neo-cons. Not a fan of living in a police state.
  11. If George W. Bush had copy and pasted e-mails that were formatted like a 5 year old would and posted them on a motorcycle forum, would you have approved?
  12. What do you want? I mean, I could go line by line and address the 8 years of idiocy that was GWB's legacy... I can name things off my head $150/barrel oil 9-11 happened on Bush's watch - (way to read the memos, chief) Killed thousands of Americans fighting a war under false pretenses Which happened to cost taxpayers billions in defense dollars Which spent the surplus we had under the LAST democratic president The handling of Katrina KBR / Halliburton ...and those are just off the top of my head, I didn't even have to bust out the google. Comrade. But, like I said, it'll be like debating with a dining room table - no argument, no logic, no rationale will be good enough for you because you're not open minded or willing to educate yourself on any other side but your own.
  13. This post reminds me of this... I think I caught The King's wife at a political demonstration lately. He's apparently rubbed off on her quite well. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tWwyjwmYMEs&feature=player_embedded This thread will be like arguing with a dining room table.
  14. Whatev... you're going to be kicking yourself when your silly US dollar money is worthless when I'm sitting pretty on JRMMiii pesos.
  15. For $40, you can print out your own currency too. "I'm good for it" - backed by the JRMMiii standard of trust. Trust me.
  16. I'll be a little surprised if someone finds something more 'out there' than this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nk2wViKSh_M&feature=player_embedded Via Jalopnik: http://jalopnik.com/5343800/quite-possibly-the-most-wtf-nsfw-chase-video-ever
  17. But, when you look as 'man-pretty' as Garrett... He obviously wasn't looking for anyone behind him - that's just silly.
  18. Then you win. Founder is a pussy - you just need to make the shirt.
  19. But, was he ahead of you for both those laps?
