This is the first time I saw this thread, and even though it's been a week, let me point you in the right direction of a wing joint that is WAY better than BW3's anyday. Roadhouse Wings & Grill on Hilliard Rome Rd in Nike Plaza. Their wings are 3 times the size of BW3's, TONS more sauce, and less expensive.

Figured I'd check to see if anyone has a 3 hole, cap plate thing for a 3" manual cutout laying around. Also need 3 wingnuts. And I'm not sure if there is a gasket that goes in between the cutout and plate, but if so, need that too. Let me know if you have this stuff. Or, if anyone knows where I can get this stuff, that would help too. I already called Summit and they don't sell those individually. Thanks, Mike
