errrr, I mean Ranger. I like the fact they are going to stuff a diesel in there, but I'm sure that'll push the price point into the 40's, just like the diesel GMC/Chevy truck. I still hate the short ass bed on a quad cab truck.

This is good. You probably couldn't have brought this up at a better time. I am sort of in the same boat. I recently switched jobs for better pay, but I hate it. I'm miserable sitting at a desk all day. I would love to do my own thing, but the risk is too scary, and I'm the one carrying insurance, so that keeps me from even trying to move out of the corporate world. FML.

I certainly hope I don't jinx myself by saying this... but this is the reason I don't want to get a new water heater. My house was built in 1973, and the original water heater is still in place and kicking out hot water and not leaking a single drop. If I bought a new one today, I'd have to replace it in 10 - 15 years.

This reminds me of the Seinfeld BO episode, but better.

Would he be ok with a pink one? My step-daughter was too old for it when her grandparents bought it for her a couple years ago. She rode it a handful of times and it's been sitting in my garage since. A little bit of spray paint would fix the color issue.

I just had 14 windows installed at a rental (brand new Anderson windows from Home Depot) for $3400 lol. That's with all new windows, labor, trim, foam, caulking and trash disposal.

 

Amigo prices. They're good. Those crazy bastards finished all 14 in one day...incredible for 3 people. I had windows done at my own house (through insurance) and it took them 2 days for 11 with a crew of 6.

 

I've heard those Anderson's from HD are garbage and the warranty is terrible. Can you confirm or deny?

I just had Champion come out on Saturday to get pricing after I saw a commercial for 30% off right now. To replace 18 windows and a front door with sidelights, he came up with $19K. That was after the 30% off, plus 5% coupon, plus 5% home show discount. I basically told him to kick rocks.

When I was 18 I took a girl to Coyote Ugly for our 2nd date (her pick). I went out to dinner with friends before hand and spent the whole movie in the bathroom shitting my brains out. (Probably still better than watching the movie).

 

After only sitting with her in the theatre for about 20 min of the movie I drove her home. The next day she called me and the Coyote Ugly sound track was playing in the background. She called it "our song" then told me she loved me. I told her that it was too fast for me to say the same. I didnt bang her at that time, but I kept her around because she was frisky and leaving for college in a few weeks, which would have allowed for a clean break.

Have you considered sending your current vehicle through the auction? You'll get the same $ as trading it in because the dealer will just give you what it'll go for in the auction. Then you can broaden your search and consider private sellers

 

Wat? Then I'd be without a vehicle until I found what I want. Still gotta get to work somehow.
