Actually I replaced the 170's that bikes2nv put in it with 160's because it was way fuckin rich. Glad you got it figured out. See, it wasnt that hard was it? I think mine had 145's stock. Not positive tho. I have them in the garage if you are curious.

Yeah, you just gotta remove the airbox (4 screws IIRC) then the carb bank (loosen boots and disconnect linkages) open bowls on the bottom of the bank and the jets are right there. Swap all four, clean what you can get to while you are there, and reassemble. Did they say anything about needle position? You get to those through the covers that you can see on the sides. Mine had security screws.
